My user name honours the real Auntie M who introduced me to the delights of damson crumble. She was a dedicated preserver of all things fruit and vegetable - you name it, she could pickle it.

I am content to bask in her shadow and be known as Damson.

Yes the lurverly Aida P was reported to site stuff and up pop his mates, this is an issue leaking out of FWR, into mumsnet HQ, will be interesting to see if we are shut down or defended. Echos of the origins of the gerbils AKA Aston scrapings (HQ did a deal with them)

Aida appears to be an individual.

Will he be banned? There are rules about reusing content.

He's not posted on here since 13th April so maybe he has been banned hence the toddler tantrum scraping.

I am properly afeared. The last few pages are causing me to feel unsafe here, our source of so much female support, because of dissolving trust in the gerbils on whose unfailing support and loyalty I had come to rely.

(That's properly unsafe, not that someone might use a wrong pronoun for me)

She mostly steals gin from the store room, so it's good to know she's branching out!

Oh, dear, and I thought our gerbils were so virtuous.

One? One rogue gerbil? You should see how they behave in the staff room after their shift has ended. You'd be hard pushed to identify one who hasn't gone rogue!

To be fair it's all free so not technically stealing, but Glenda hasn't worked that out yet.

I wouldn’t worry… usually if the gerbils are behaving oddly it’s because they’re planning a musical or a trip to Benidorm or some other such diversion. The quokkas take over their work if necessary.

I don't think the long winter has helped, they are starting to go a bit stir crazy with the constant rain stopping them from doing their external acrobatics on the roof or being fired out of a cannon.

@FuzzyPuffling i also have the five hour time lag. I just join in where and when I can and enjoy what I can read.
