BTW something to point out, which my dear deceased mother said to me when I took her to see a drag show several decades ago, was that what upset her the most is that they can look better than most of the women she knows. As well, the reason for the large height, is because they train themselves to wear heeled shoes that are sometimes at least 13-15 cm. Again, another reason some women are jealous.

Good grief! Jealous of drag queens?!
I have to say - Not all women…
FYI I’ve always found the extreme parody highly offensive

Surprisingly trans porn came in the third most watched genre in the UK for 2025, as noted by Metro in their 12/11/25 online edition. "Sexologist Gigi Engle, tells Metro it’s because of the public discourse in the UK about trans identity.
‘The marginalisation of trans rights means it’s become a conversation people are hearing about more often, and they’re becoming more curious,’ she explains.

So thank you to everyone promoting the TERF Island rhetoric that because of you, this is not going to go away. Didn't you ever learn growing up, the more fuel you add to the fire in places such as MN, you get to a point that the fire can no longer be contained. Trans people are some of the strongest people with all of the hateful vitriolic attitudes out there, which is why you can judge all you want. They're not going to go away but continue to push back 10 times as hard when they are pushed. How else did women's rights come to fruition and since suffrage in the 1920s, it took over 50 years until the 1975 Sex Discrimination Act, covering equal pay, work, and education came into law. So give yourself kudos telling people they're less than human and undeserving of any rights under the law. They and their supporters will not stop fighting when you're helping to silence them.

How interesting about the popularity of trans porn. Ive long wondered why lots of men seem to sympathise with TIMs and wave them into women’s spaces. I’d assumed they struggled to tell the difference but this stat tells a different story. They absolutely know who is trans and find that sexually attractive and it’s on that basis they assume that TIMs have a right to access women’s spaces - because they assume single sex spaces are about sex?

NumbersGuy has a valid point. How many women in Britain on this rainy January morning wore sensible footwear to work, without first checking what's most popular in pornland today?

Now I think about it, it's highly likely that my foaming jealousy at the fashion sense modelled by the likes of Rainbow Dildo Monkey Bloke has stopped me being sufficiently kind.

I don't think men think that deeply about it, not even the sexual elements. I think men think ok, you want to be a woman, you've chopped your male chicken off, you're not a man, you're not our problem, off you trot to the ladies.

It's another facet of refusing to do the emotional labour around accepting men who are different and challenge established masculinity as men. It's also more important to validate Robert/Roberta's feelings "she's a good bloke really, just a bit mixed up" rather than worry about random women that Roberta will upset or offend.

whatwouldafeministdo · 15/01/2026 09:34

Yeah, we're well aware that one of the reasons men want to use the unconsenting women in single-sex spaces is porn related.

That's not reassuring at all - quite the opposite - from the point of view of wanting the safety of women and girls.

That's one of many reasons why we need truly single sex spaces and men who enter them need to be prosecuted. Like indecent exposure, crossing this boundary deliberately is a red flag for escalation.

In this case the men who were in this space go on to make violent threats against women. Which is why they need to be kept out of single sex spaces. The next time this happens the next woman challenging might find they escalate even more.

The fact that men who enter women's single sex spaces so often are clearly trying to look like something out of porn rather than real actual women is a clue as to their motivations.

And all men, whatever they dress up like, have 162% the punch power of women.

People with their phones out filming in the toilets bother me more than trans people ever will.

That was what you took away from this? Really?

Ah yes we're all jealous that men can women better than women can. The whole point of my life has been to walk in 15 cm heels. Well at least until heels started to become dated around 2015 and then completely fell out of fashion around 2020. Sad times.

But tell us you're a trans porn addict without telling us you're a trans porn addict why don't you.

Don't take your deceased mother to a drag show?

😂

I hope she'd been cremated, not some bizarre Weekend at Bernie's.

The argument that people who are "promoting the TERF Island rhetoric" (i.e. standing up for women's rights) are responsible for an uptake in trans porn is a new one for this board!

Some seedy men's thought processes fascinate me

Tillow4ever · 15/01/2026 10:44

selffellatingouroborosofhate · 10/01/2026 21:35

Women start fights. Not as often as men, but they do. It's not inherently male to start a fight.

For someone to show you he is a man, in this context, I interpret that as exposure of his penis, if not the use of it. The penis is inherently and unmistakeably male.

That doesn't make you wrong, because sexual violence is a subset of violence.

Edited

I read it as a threat of rape purely because of the “you’re lucky I don’t” comment. When a man makes a comment about showing you he’s a man, he means he will rape you. You can usually get the threat because his tone and body language will be threatening too.

Yes. I'm often highly cheered by seeing every single young woman wearing flat shoes, these days.

And given that actual women are completely invisible to these men, it's unsurprising that that poster hasn't noticed

I think the thought process goes how many things can I level at these women, to make them stop.

Pretending that our resistance to gender ideology is secretly promoting it, is a new one, though.

Logic not being their strong point.

Plus this made me laugh

"what upset her the most".

Poor woman. How many upsets were there, I wonder!

FranticFrankie · 15/01/2026 11:44

No
Isn't the whole idea of the exaggerated style of dress, make-up, attitude to make people laugh? (though I believe, at the expense of women)

Drag Queen Pride GIF by YouTube

I definitely want to be seen in public like this

ArabellaScott · 15/01/2026 11:54

TwoLoonsAndASprout · 15/01/2026 08:37

Ugh. “Tranny” porn is popular because, evolutionarily, men are programmed to get an erection when they see an erect penis and breasts in close proximity. Anthropologists think this probably has to do with competition for mates/to pass on genes - if you saw a man having sex with a woman, you needed to be ready to “get in there” quickly immediately after, so that you could give your sperm a chance to do their their thing too, and hopefully beat his sperm to the punch.

Thus the unconscious response of many men to trans men with breasts who have kept their penises.

Edited

I wonder if it's even that deep. Any sign of genitalia is probably enough to trigger arousal, to a greater or lesser extent.

Thank you for pointing out it took 50 years between suffrage and the 1975 Sex Discrimination Act.
It then took less than 50 years after that for men to decide that women were getting too uppity and needed to be reminded they were second class citizens who didn’t deserve single-sex spaces.

Keeptoiletssafe · 15/01/2026 12:15

The design of the toilet cubicles isn’t great but there’s a good floor to door gap in that video. You can only have this health and safety feature if the toilets are within a single sex environment (because of men’s voyeurism). These toilets are not unisex or mixed sex use, or ‘gender neutral’ or ‘inclusive’ by design. As such the cubicles only conform to building standards for single sex use. Any deviance from building standards could be brought up by HSE against management if there was an incident.

There could be an open plan area for doing make up and hair, open to both sexes, away from the toilets. You could make it pretty and instagrammable so people aren’t getting phones out in the loos.
