I am not sure why either of those men thought that making threatening remarks to the women on their way out of the toilet would work in their favour at all.

Considering the door they walked though to get into the toilet said there were gender neutral toilets on every floor, I can only assume this was a very deliberate act to be there from the very first instance.

It is also very concerning that security staff had been given the guidelines that if men are dressed as women, they should use the female toilet. Just like the management at the gym in Southwark.

That guidance needs to be tabled in parliament. I suspect that we might be seeing a regular occurrence of these reports now that women have received the message that if they don’t complain, their silence will be taken as agreement. Even in court cases. And we are still seeing videos or posts by defiant men who are using female single sex provisions.

I would imagine that as a rule threatening behaviour probably works for them. Intimidate women and they will shut up. Get management on board and not only women will hace to shut up but also be enthusiastic participants (remember Upton keeping notes on colleagues who would quietly wait outside the changing room to avoid conflict). Very recently the woman in the London leisure centre that complained about a man in the changing room was actually banned from the gym.

Most women would probably let something like this slide if they were just acting like normal people ie: peeing, washing hands quietly and leaving. BTW something to point out, which my dear deceased mother said to me when I took her to see a drag show several decades ago, was that what upset her the most is that they can look better than most of the women she knows. As well, the reason for the large height, is because they train themselves to wear heeled shoes that are sometimes at least 13-15 cm. Again, another reason some women are jealous.

Ugh. “Tranny” porn is popular because, evolutionarily, men are programmed to get an erection when they see an erect penis and breasts in close proximity. Anthropologists think this probably has to do with competition for mates/to pass on genes - if you saw a man having sex with a woman, you needed to be ready to “get in there” quickly immediately after, so that you could give your sperm a chance to do their their thing too, and hopefully beat his sperm to the punch.

Thus the unconscious response of many men to trans men with breasts who have kept their penises.
