I just wanted to draw your attention to the march planned for the 1st November in London. The organisers have now announced that there will be a 199 Days Later demo in Edinburgh, Scottish Parliament, and a demo in Cardiff, the Senedd, at the same time. Hopefully lots more women can now attend the closest action to them.

I was in Cardiff, and yes as others have said the blokes were permitted to get much too close to the women.
Interesting to see so many blokes ranged against us, though! There didn't seem to be the usual number of handmaids. Perhaps the new 'bash back' attitude is (unsurprisingly) more male.

Why can I find nothing in the media about this except the DM piece which seems to be all about the TRAs - were there any photos of the peaceful women’s protest?Confused

a quick skim of the Sunday times has something about the Darlington nurses which I’ve not yet read and the Scotland section has a piece about who Harlow the umbrella guy is but I can’t see anything about yesterday.

GB News had loads of coverage. The Herald (Scotland), The National (Scotland), Wales online, the Daily Mail, Yahoo News (although I think that was AI generated). Hopefully, as there were quite a few female feminist writers at the events - there will be more to come.

I mean, the moobs.

WarriorN · 02/11/2025 12:09

Thank goodness some are filming this nonsense. I don’t always think edge is much good at the interviews (Dawn Furness was queen of that last week at the Darlington nurse trial) but he certainly sheds sunlight:

you only need to watch the first 30 seconds tbh!

Yeah - 30 seconds was enough. 🥴

Baker says he's been in two female prisons. If true, this is absolutely appalling.

He's clearly highly disturbed and in need of support. Instead, he's being enabled and left to escalate on his own. This is helping nobody.

ArabellaSaurus · 03/11/2025 13:02

For context, he's also saying he didn't want to go to a female prison, but after his castration it was decided by management he should go.

ArabellaSaurus · 03/11/2025 13:07

SJB 'Listen, I've been in two female prisons and 27 male prisons. I asked, I demanded, to go back to a male prison cause female prisons are bloody horrible, too.'

EoM 'And what you got in a woman's prison, cause you're a man ' [bit unclear]

SJB 'I didn't want to go.'

EoM 'Oh, that's okay then.'

SJB 'Listen, my friend, this is something a lot of people don't realize. I did not want to go to a female prison.'

EoM So, how do you end up in there?

SJB 'Because after my castration, it was decided by management in a ministry of justice to move me against my will. I asked, I demanded and I managed to get
back to a male prison. I didn't want to be in there, I never asked.'

Any transcription errors mine.

Again, we see that vulnerable men are not necessarily harmless. And that the absurdity of genderism is not doing them any favours, either.

Rightsraptor · 03/11/2025 13:39

So the deciding factor in prison estate is testicles?

Talkinpeace · 03/11/2025 13:40

Alan Baker is a pathological liar

AuthorisedCat · 03/11/2025 13:51

Blimey

This is true. Unfortunately, the people responsible for making decisions on women's safety and wellbeing are hardly any better.

He’s extremely dangerous. He could quite easily kill a woman just for attention.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 03/11/2025 15:04

ISTR he went to a men’s prison for the recent breach of licence.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 03/11/2025 15:05

Which was for threatening women with violence.
