ST Re grievance process - in its entirety - mtgs, minutes. Minutes of grievance appeal. You didn't mention meeting employee B in toilets at any time.
MK Not personal. I know I shared a toilet with B. Wording says she may have shared, I wasn't explicit. Didn't want to mention name.

ST Principal issue of your complaint is you consider are issues with L. But you didn't mention encounter through formal grievance process.

This all sounds like ST really doesn't have much at all to work with in order to try and paint Maria as a bad transphobic witch who deserves to be discriminated against as this is all very mundane.

and I'm beginning to suspect that ST's strategy is to pile on so much minute detil about whether you had to go NE or NNE from your desk to reach a toilet, or who was in a meeting and who you brought in to a meeting with you and was that Rachel or Ian? and was it 14 weeks or only 13 from when you first complained and was that toilet on a different floor, and...

until MK runs screaming from the room saying

Obviously she understands the concerns of the company as she pointed out the risk to them.

It's lovely, in the circumstances, to be able to correctly anticipate that Maria's answers will be a confident NO.

ST Your letter says you were gobsmacked. One interpretation of letter is that your crowdfund might necessitate or result in id of t ppl
