Graham Linehan arrested on arrival at Heathrow Part 3

These threads are currently being used to follow the case that is taking place at Westminster Magistrate's Court over the 4th and 5th September, but will also be following the subsequent fallout of Graham's arrest at Heathrow on his return to the UK for this court case earlier this week.

He is currently on trial for alleged harassment of a trans identified male and criminal damage to the man's phone. The charges stem from a series of events in October 2024 at Battle of Ideas.

Well at least Graham's not said 'fuck' yet so that's something. I'm a gobshite too, I think I might have. It's interesting how at the tribunals all the women are so so polite and then you get a big lummox like Glinner and the contrast is stark. I don't think it does him any favours but my god I empathise with him.

Graham is a big bloke with a hot temper but I'd still rather be trapped in a lift with him than creepy weirdo bloke Tarquin and his creepy weirdo bloke mates.

What he should have said is that TRAs can and do as they never get called out on it and arrested and charged. Whereas he does. And some women, even when their behaviour wouldn't meet the harassment threshold.
