There isn't (it's just a bit sarcastic) but even if there were, the fact being expressed - that men aren't women - would still be true.

As the house of cards tumbles down, people seem to be shifting towards "well I just don't like the tone". A lot of people think this is how former TRAs will rationalise it after the ship tanks completely under the weight of its own bullshit. "I always knew men weren't women, I just didn't like the way people said it."

JR had definitely moved towards that in the Sandie Peggie case today.

I know this has been posted already but this also doesn't make sense, unless the police dont know the difference between the protected characteristic of sexuality and that of gender reassignment. Maybe all police forces are confused.
