Get the popcorn folks. GLP is getting ready to lose again.

They are going after barrister Sarah Phillimore for referring to a man as a man. They think they are going to lawfare her into silence.

The only thing is other TAs have already tried this on Phillimore multiple times. They went to the Bar Council their claims were dismissed. They all failed. More to the point this ‘Kate’ is the same guy complaining again who already failed. Sarah Phillimore knows the law and likes explaining it to TAs and making them lose. So she doesn't even resent the attempt.

It's been mooted that posting this on the GLP social media channels is an attempt by Jolyon to goad Sarah into including the GLP in her claim so he then has access to GLP funds and resources, they have about £4 million in the bank according to their latest accounts. If it goes to court with just JoMo on the ticket then he'll have to stump up the cash for fees and damages from his own pocket (although I'm sure a crowdfunder will be launched). As much as I'd like to see the whole Good Grift Project hit the buffers I'd rather see JoMo's wings clipped first, I'm sure the collapse of the GLP would happen quite soon after.

I shared the photograph of Euan Weddell with clothes pegs on his nipples because I reasonably objected to his depiction of ‘womanhood’ as offensive and insulting. He chose to put those pictures in the public domain. I have a right to republish and comment. If that causes him misery then maybe he rethink about what he puts in the public domain.

No. The aim of sharing was to show reality to those who continue to think trans identifying men are simply oppressed ‘dolls’. Some of them are men with a sexual fetish who are a positive risk to women. We are entitled to talk about this, and to illustrate our fears.
