Just wondering if anyone is following this on TT. It’s quite bizarre. The first witness attended the Trans Training session which I gather is where the discrimination stems (see attached statement) and has been questioned by AM the barrister for the police. AM is referencing the Wikipedia page of Kellie Jay Keen as evidence. Apparently wiki is not anti gender critical. 🤷🏻‍♀️. It seems to be covering a whole host of other stuff too - quite an eye opener.

My mistake. NC wanted to gather thoughts before Xexam. NC finished. Lunch til 2pm then presumably panel.

I've noticed no mention of other witnesses today.

I think you are close enough there @GufferyWooWoo , that's how I'm reading it too.

Same here, I am dipping in and out this week.

AlisonDonut · 13/03/2025 13:37

I've had to stop reading that statement as I've said 'Fucking Hell' far too many times in one sitting.

But point 18 - men being 95% of the people in prison being an example of how MEN experience sexism? Bloody hell. Talk about DARVO.

NC is starting after lunch.

I do hope this gets picked up by the press, bigtime.

The latter is ludicrous reasoning. It would be sexism if men and women offended at the same rate, but my understanding is that women are generally given more harsh sentences for equal crimes.

Justme56 · 13/03/2025 15:33

NC currently questioning the PO who I think organised TDoV. Looking at minutes of Trans/NB forum regarding comments on GC Groups. It’s worth a look.

I’ve just been reading over MN’s statement & catching up with what’s been covered today. My jaw is on the floor at the extent of infiltration within the Met Police. The layers of it, the casualness of the witness being asked about the trans network group asking for police counter terrorism to monitor ‘anti-trans’ groups aka grass roots women’s rights orgs - who were ‘cleverly acting lawfully’ by meeting, talking, advocating for women’s rights already legislated for.

I have no idea if the case has merits in terms of allowing for harassment of GC staff, enduring a hostile & discriminatory work environment etc. but if the case fails on a technicality, at the very least there should be a lot of reflection & investigation into the rampant misogyny that has been repackaged into ‘progressive’ trans rights supremacy. They dominate so many strands it’s mind blowing.

No wonder the suspect search policies keep coming back after women complain. They’ll always hit into a larping bloke(s) on ‘advisory panels’ given free rein to frame women’s objections as ‘discriminatory’ to the larping blokes.

At least we know now why women’s meetings have been left exposed to dangerous, aggressive, intimidating larping blokes as long as we’ve been speaking up.

NoBinturongsHereMate · 13/03/2025 17:30

grass roots women’s rights orgs - who were ‘cleverly acting lawfully’

With that level of dastardly sneakiness, they probably need MI5, and maybe even 6, as well as counter terrorism. Acting within the law, indeed. Shocking. Whatever next?

GufferyWooWoo · 13/03/2025 17:57

Eek, my app has just changed/been updated. Maya has posted some excerpts from some of the partially redacted minutes of meetings; quite extraordinary.

MrsOvertonsWindow · 13/03/2025 19:21

Hopefully there'll be a flurry of FOIs to discover just how much time the Counter Terrorism police spent spying on women at the request of all the trans extremists in the Met.

NC has given us another label to use - CLAW:

https://x.com/suladoyle/status/1900203798292820249?s=46

“Naomi Cunningham at the Croydon employment tribunal M Newman v Metropolitan Police: describes feminist groups as ‘Conspicuously Law-Abiding Women’ - welcome to CLAW.”

Are you a CLAW?

ChimpanzeeThatMonkeyNews · 13/03/2025 19:39

Bannedontherun · 12/03/2025 00:01

This is so very bizarre it was more like a trans rights rally rather than an informative or educational seminar.

I cannot get my head around why the senior police would deem it something that should be provided in works time.

Again the defence seems to be thus far that the witness and anyone associated with GC views is a right wing fascist.

Also to add i do not think that a meeting of gender critical police booing and hissing about, i dunno erm Butler or some other such twat would be an appropriate works time activity either.

its just plain strange.

It's super speshul, cos ✨trans✨.

We did wonder if a certain officer who just didn't know anything was sent here to infiltrate MN.

I'm sure Montaigne said something about no-one being a harsher judge of himself than himself, but I've just spent 20 mins trying to find the exact quote and can't find it.. Angry
But if Michel de Montaigne did say that, it was only because he was never cross-examined by Naomi CunninghamGrin

I've not been on MN much today but I caught this article and thought there would be a thread. From reading the last few posts I think the article doesn't tell the half of it.

I’m going to post a link to this interview of NC in Holyrood because I thought it was great (I am sure it is already on here multiple times):

I wonder what the most surprising/shocking piece of evidence to come out of disclosure in these cases might be? It might be turning up this week, by the look of things:

Naomi Cunningham: I’m fuelled by rage, and I’ve been lucky

As the issue of sex and gender plays out in UK courts and judges wrestle with the vexed question of ‘what is a woman’, b...
