It’s true, @MyrtleLion, we have. He’s a tenacious little pumpkin. We’ve been practising our set pieces just in case there’s an unwanted intruder. I think we both know it will never happen, but it makes it seem more interesting and we both seem to be quite good at pretending.

Well it's certainly meant that Colin can nimbly avoid bashing into heavily-laden gerbils.

@Wigtopia my retriever (golden) and fatty ratty are very pleased to have another canine at the Blue Stocking. Sometimes they become overwhelmed by pesky rodents in frou frous and the like!

That's the best pub sign so far! But the boardwalk looks like the one that ran round a hotel I stayed at in the USA. I am SO not a water person, so it gave me the heebeejeebies. Whatever they are. There wasn't even a pirate ship or a set of posts, just the boardwalk & then... nothing, just water all the way out. Aaaargh!
