Not so long ago, I was a shy newcomer. I paced up and down outside a few times - fortunately it wasn't snowing at the time - before I plucked up the courage to push open the blue door. I did so, I gratefully accepted the hot chocolate topped with cream [magically devoid of sugar and fat, but you'd never know] from the friendly and very professional gerbil who greeted me at the door, and now I know I can pop in here any time for a welcome break from reality in excellent, and very zany🙃 company💙

I've cleared out the snack cupboard and put all the snacks in the Next of Vipers bag next to the Gin if you want any.

I think I am the last to arrive, so I'll buy a round of drinks for the gerbils. What do gerbils drink, other than water? We don't want them too pissed, do we.

I am pleased to say I am acquiring another of my elderly lady accoutrements - a nice, recliner chair! My physio told me off for the way I have to clamber out of our low, soft sofa, and said I needed something better, so off to DFS we went, and a recliner chair is on order. And the council have granted me a blue badge, so we are just waiting for that to arrive.

I am supposed to be getting up earlier, and going to bed earlier (ie before midnight), to get better sleep, and I have failed dismally at the first part today. But I have done all the exercises the physio left me, so there is a smidgin of virtue there.

I've got you Cake. Are you okay you look very tiered? Do you need a few tiers lopping off? <licks lips>
