Of the first batch it would have been the last one, except for the giant rodent head, so the second one. The last one of the second lot, I like the little houses for, I presume, the Bluestocking menagerie.

Boiledbeetle · 14/11/2024 00:19

So you're happy for the team to start work first thing on this design. I could of course leave them a revised mark up of the first option?

It will done by the time you're going for your after breakfast stroll. If you've chosen the wrong one then just click your heels together three times and the other option will appear

What you need Magpie is one of those pictures you make from hundreds of shiny crystals. A very Blingy Toilet.

You can actually send some of the sellers who do those a photo of your pet for example and they send you it out with the photo on the thingy you stick the crystals to and all the correct colour crystals for it.

We should send them some of the spa mosaics and chocolate creations!

I didn't draw a yurt, I'm not entirely sure I know what one is. Do the capybara (is that one of the words like sheep?) know any carpentry?

When diagrams are better.

AI knows what a yurt is, but I think it has watched the film Avatar for its treehouse design, except that in the square picture, the railway track goes up the tree in an alarming twisty manner. I wouldn't trust it

Spy training kicking in. Blend in with the locals.

I love how our collective thoughts jump seamlessly from car valeting capybara ( pl?) to a lack of Sainsbury's cake, and no one turns a hair.

This us truly the sign of a great brain.

They are rather pretty.

It's giving me flashbacks to my childhood!

Impressed you are the very eminence of diversity.

I have nominated myself as the diversity monitor.

We are missing some predators for you know equality and all of that

thought about including Tina not good looking but has there uses

Vultures aren't predators!
They don't harm or kill any other animals, they just do the cleaning up. So they'll be useful if any of the other creatures sadly expire after a surfeit of cake or the cats get them. It's not their fault they've got hygienic heads and bad PR.

If you remain unconvinced, I recommend a visit to Muncaster Castle Their flying display features diverse birds, including a trio of engagingly gawky teenage vultures.

(Go when the rhododendrons and bluebells are out, it's got a glorious bluebell wood)

DeanElderberry · 14/11/2024 08:16

Is there a hot spring for the capybaras? I always think those ones in Japan seem to be enjoying themselves, surrounded by bobbing oranges. I'd quite like to join them. Not during their construction shifts though, just lolling around in the pool.

Boiledbeetle · 14/11/2024 08:18

Ooh a bluebell wood. Are they playing all day or are there time slots for their performances?

Omg I'd not come across that before!
Definitely a hot spring for the capybaras, and (looking at the colour of the water in theirs) another for women.

Also this...

inkymoose · 14/11/2024 09:24

Soooo relaxing ... and fun! Thanks Boily and Dean and Errol, great start to the day

Boiledbeetle · 14/11/2024 09:46

Oh I could watch capybaras relaxing in their hot spring all day! They are so polite the way they all queued and entered. So sweet.

FuzzyPuffling · 14/11/2024 10:00

This is better than my imagined bothy @Boiledbeetle and looks fabulously handy for the train. No driving 20 mins to a station like I have to do at the minute (and I'm not even in the bloody Highlands).

Today I pledge to be more capybara.

Amen to that, even having their spa treatment interrupted by an over-excited kitten doesn't un-chill them!

As well as having carpentry skills, some capybaras have achieved great fame as landscapers, like that Capybarity Brown, who designed the grounds at Chatsworth.Grin

So elegant! Loving the capybaras, but returning to the thread's black cats for a moment, there are new mosaics in the south-west annex upper floor main corridor in honour of them.

It's fascinating to think the whole thing is thanks to hard working capybara of yesteryear.
