NHS Fife tries to silence nurse

So as has been mentioned on threads about the Darlington nurses a nurse is sueing NHS Fife over its trans staff policy.
The poor nurse was forced to get changed infront of a man in the female changing facilities, when she complained about it she was 1st told to change in a cupboard if she didn't like it, then they tried to bully her into swapping shifts so she didn't work with the man in question (she wouldn't), then they wanted her to move hospital (again she refused) so then they suspended her without pay for months until her solicitor got involved and now they are trying to gag her by insisting that the court case (starts in February) must be held in secret (I wonder why) and will be in crt next month asking to restrict reporting on the case.

This case is really important in Scotland because the trans staff policy that's going on trial in this case is the Scottish government's own policy used in all public sector organisations in Scotland and works on self id. So when this case is won it will finally kill the Scottish government's self id policy in all public bodies

At this rate everyone in the hospital will be too busy note taking for patient care. Not to mention terrified of any spoken interaction to the point it compromises patient care.

I don't think she said that he was indifferent yesterday, she just said he didn't seem upset, I think. Not the same. He can say he's sorry in a neutral tone and still not mean it

Thank goodness I'm nowhere near Scotland if scientific fact is so casually disregarded by their NHS.

WRT Beth taking notes this suggests they were pre-empting having to make a grievance or defending their behaviour.

As an HR professional I was mindful that my notes, actions etc. could end up at an ET. I would tend to make copious notes just in case.

Don't quote me but I think she's a charge nurse. I believe she has been called as a witness.

Who takes contemporaneous notes of conversations? He was ready for this. He was expecting complaints about using the women's cr. Perhaps he'd been given a heads-up because of Peggie's previous complaints to her line managers or maybe from advice from trans fora (he was undoubtedly using) before he even officially 'came out'.

I think it's a shame (but acknowledging the huge pressure SP is under) that SP agreed TWAM is a political opinion. It's scientific fact as well as her perception and she's been told to tell the truth.

I do if I have any idea it could end up in court.

Without being outing I have a family matter that has become ugly and could end up in court. I could see the potential from Day 1 and kept notes, timeline etc.
