Yep, definitely one to avoid. Shame for the cast members who’ve been forced to go along with this crap in order to get their pay cheque.

It's a nonsense, but this venue has form for doing this on cast posters, it's been discussed on here before.

It is cringeworthy and incredibly off putting. Having a well-known cast member just highlights the absurdity of it. I'd been looking forward to this production as well...

One of our local theatres often does this as well. They also butchered a version of MacBeth in their youth theatre by using They/Them on stage for a couple of the more "special" actors, it made the whole thing gobbledegook.
