Roz Adams was employed by Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre (ERCC) as a counsellor. She is claiming constructive dismissal for Gender Critical (GC) beliefs. The CEO of ERCC is a well known transwoman known for, among other things, controversial "reframe your trauma" remarks.

NC In hindsight do you agree it was bad that MW was talking to you about the invest at all.

MS Don't see an issue with her telling me about it. Doesn't mean MW knew what was in the invest.

NC Truth is it was MW idea and MW running it.

MS No. It was Nico running invest and talking to HR consultant.

NC is doing her usual great job of showing how what's being said by ERCC isn't really the truth. Highlighting the inconsistencies and blowing away the smoke of obfusication. It's just more of the same as yesterday and I assume the day before, digging the truth out of people not at all keen on the scrutiny.

Yes it would have been helpful if they turned up at the tribunal.

NC IT's MW view that bio sex irrelevant even in a rcc. All su need to know about is support workers gi.

MS I think MW position goes with ercc position. Trans inc policy. Recognise trans people have choice of own gi. Doesn't take away from quality of support we give survivors

NC If traumatised su comes to ercc saying can't talk to a man, ie anyone bio male, ercc won't promise su their wishes will be respected.

MS Yes they will cos there is no men working at the ercc

NC If your belief is that TWAW then that's true.

MS Our policy says TWAW and so we don't have men working at ercc.

NC Do you say one perspective is right and the other is wrong.

NC: if your belief is that a man who says he's a woman, IS a woman, then that's true isn't it, that there are no men working at ERCC?
NC: Are you aware that some people don't believe that TWAW, and that it's quite a lot of people who think that?
Witness: agrees some people think that. Doesn't know what most people think. Just thinks there are two perspectives.
NC: are those perspectives of equal status? Is one perspective right, and the other wrong? Or equal status.
Witness: ERCC says that TWAW is right
