Roz Adams was employed by Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre (ERCC) as a counsellor. She is claiming constructive dismissal for Gener Critical (GC) beliefs. The CEO of ERCC is a well known transwoman known for, among other things, controversial "reframe your trauma" remarks.

And I guess they'd discriminate against me because I am female but (perhaps like most people) don't identify as a woman. So they'd not employ me?

NC: Is it a fair way to treat you? (That MW left being in the hot seat up to KM.)

NC there is nowhere for a woman who doesn't want to be measured for a bra by someone who looks like EI. Or a nurse dressed as a woman who looks like EI. I'm using EI cos everyone knows what he looks like.

It has drawn a great deal of public attention to AB's position at ERCC.

And how EXACTLY would she know this apart from by 'believing'?

KM said she doesn't know that NC is a woman.

I'm cringing in and out with the 'which sex am I' etc... questions and answers.

I'm in love with NC right now questioning if she knows the sex of the people in the room

If KM thinks it's disrespectful to recognise someone's sex, then she would also think it's disrespectful for a rape victim to recognise someone's sex. That's a remarkable position for a rape crisis centre to have.

Rape Crisis Scotland has distanced themselves from ERCC
