Roz Adams was employed by Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre (ERCC) as a counsellor. She is claiming constructive dismissal for Gener Critical (GC) beliefs. The CEO of ERCC is a well known transwoman known for, among other things, controversial "reframe your trauma" remarks.

NC Rape crisis Scotland issued statement last week distancing from ercc

KM aware they made statement, but without seeing it couldn't comment

NC reputationally it hasn't gone well

Can I put in a plea for support dogs/cats/wrens as being of more practical use to traumatised women than the Scylla and Charybdis of carefully tacking your way through the linguistic safe route to obtain reliable support at ERCC?

Attempting to minimise role of rape crisis Scotland in ERCC - I assume so as to make out the statement throwing ERCC under the bus wasn't a problem.

The witness admitted that the claimant's email was simply a manifestation of her belief that sex is real and matters. Bang.
