Roz Adams was employed by Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre (ERCC) as a counsellor. She is claiming constructive dismissal for Gener Critical (GC) beliefs. The CEO of ERCC is a well known transwoman known for, among other things, controversial "reframe your trauma" remarks.

Just to be clear I'm proposing two sex based rape crisis centres and one for people who believe sex doesn't matter (and yet, inexplicably can also not be disclosed), which I imagine will be tiny.

I don't see why male rape survivors should have to put up with this shit word salad either, as they may well want to specify the sex of their counsellor to be different to that of their rapist.

It's interesting that the witness says at one point that their boss was "the best person for the job". Given the appointment had an exemption surely she should have said "the best person for the job".

The best person for the job at a rape crisis centre which is advertising under section 9, is a male with no experience or qualifications in counselling and says that some rape victims organism and thinks that a culture where you can't discuss the sex of someone is ok.

What is sex based violence again? What is male violence against women again?

I have to wonder who the fuck the other applicants to the job were!

KM doesn’t seem to be repeating yesterday’s mantra that MW is a ‘biological woman’ and, unless not reported, has let NC refer to him as ‘trans identified man’ without challenge.

Even reading it, I'm shocked at how much these people don't know. They're clearly not the drivers, although they do comply.

It's totally shocking how they're being pushed to the front to defend the actions of their bosses.

So basically they just abandoned her for a month!

Just in case this is a part of the political rhetoric anyone's unfamiliar with.

I consider myself fairly unshockable, but that is almost beyond belief.

I should of course have said "woman" in my last sentence!

The investigation took a long time because RA did nothing wrong and they were making up ways to burn the witch just because she didn't comply and gave the tiniest shit about rape survivors as humans in their own right and not just rightthink validation tools!

What she said sounds reasonable but REALLY she's thinking X (terrible thing) - it's really Salem Witch trials thinking (and yes we all know who the Witchfinder General is).
