Roz Adams was employed by Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre (ERCC) as a counsellor. She is claiming constructive dismissal for Gener Critical (GC) beliefs. The CEO of ERCC is a well known transwoman known for, among other things, controversial "reframe your trauma" remarks.

Purpose of meeting was to discuss her transphobic views

Witness it didn't tell her specifics but gave her a broad picture (of second investigation)

Should I've surprised that BBC news isn't reporting on this and The Guardian is also mysteriously silent.

Nico replies, allegations are c a couple of comments you may have made on occasions

NC callous way to treat an employee

KM no intent to do anything in the wrong way.

No definition of women. No definition of transphobia. No written policy on x, y and z just a culture that no one can discuss and if you transgress you will be managed out.

Its almost as if its a bullying culture that has no regard for fair treatment of staff was present because it is impossible to be fair if you don't have policy in these areas to ensure no bullying occurs... That is separate from all the trans stuff its wrapped up in. Bullying is an employment issue in its own right. Interesting angle...

As for the 'transphobia' - are we going to get an explanation about how discussion and concern about sex based rights which are enshrined in law can not be discussed because this is transphobic.

Are we saying that the law can be disregarded because its transphobic? Interesting position to take in a court of law that...

The process is ALWAYS the punishment!

I have to say that if yesterday was anything like today in terms of witness performance no rational person could draw any other conclusion that this is just a witchunt with bullying of someone for holding the wrong views.

Clsiment was asking for a decision about second investigation and it seems they were giving her the run around and taking their time

I mean to ensure I properly understood it, not to delay things

10 weeks of being investigated!!
