Roz Adams was employed by Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre (ERCC) as a counsellor. She is claiming constructive dismissal for Gener Critical (GC) beliefs. The CEO of ERCC is a well known transwoman known for, among other things, controversial "reframe your trauma" remarks.

...which isn't, in KM's experience, routinely associated with threats of violence. OK then.

Witness currently trying to justify staff comments that were nasty and spiteful about RA.

NC addressing MW appointment and wether there were any protest to MW being employed

NC: Was any objection to MW's appointment justified?

KM: I didn't see any that were justified.

Witness thinks objections were raised many of them are transphobic and didn't see any that didn't fall into that category

NC does some clever argument and KM decides she's not seen the email because she doesn't know whether she can reasonably say it's transphobic or not.

NC here is aiming to show that reasonable responses to the appointment of MW went into the Hate folder because ERCC were simply prejudiced against any views they don't approve of.
