Roz Adams was employed by Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre (ERCC) as a counsellor. She is claiming constructive dismissal for Gener Critical (GC) beliefs. The CEO of ERCC is a well known transwoman known for, among other things, controversial "reframe your trauma" remarks.

Witness I don't think it's specifically about the material reality of sex.

Thing is, if you genuinely think you are right, you'd be ALL OVER the hate emails.

Its like watching a large lion eat a small baby piece by pice. A really dumb baby.

We would never have insisted that a victim would see a male as they don't have men working for the organisation.

You will never assure a victim that their worker is literally a woman

So this writer you wouldn't be able to help as she can't trust you when you say their support worker is a woman

She can't trust anything you say

That support doesn't include telling the service user that their worker is biologically a woman!

But they won't give away the sex of a worker...

bit of a contradiction there!

I know that for many ETs in England and Wales a transcript cannot be provided but I wonder what the situation is for Scotland. This is dynamite. But then many other parts of KM's testimony is too.

A ' heresy hunt'

Nc on about a member of staff saying RA is subtle but she knows what RA actually thinks!! Or words to that effect

I really hope this tribunal is widely reported, but I presume it won't be.

It's interesting the way NC is repeatedly framing gender ideology as a religion (heretics, excommunication), Itd be great if more people could begin to see it that way

Do any of them ever have pause and consider that they are terrible people?

Imagine receiving a heart wrenching letter from a rape victim and filing under 'hate'. This would be pretty awful in any organisation never mind a rape crisis centre.

"All the things are subtle, there's not something you can put your finger on."

I really want her why they think one of the protected characteristics - sex - is shameful and should be kept secret, and how that secrecy affects their ability to make sure protected characteristics are balanced.

So blinkered that they were assuming RAs concerns were transphobic and She was a Terf, (not that she cared about the service users!!)

I'm still going to listen but I've got two types of marmalade to make so no typing for a while.

KM - yes
NC - many would see that as provocative
KM - MW was best person for the job, relevant experience in the sector, well known for advocacy
NC - moving on. Now C forwarding email from support account, many of you would call that transphobic

How can MW be the best person for the job, which includes counselling raped women, when they have no qualifications to do it.

No sign that Nico challenged as contempt for Terfs was acceptable in the org? I don't think that.
