Roz Adams was employed by Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre (ERCC) as a counsellor. She is claiming constructive dismissal for Gener Critical (GC) beliefs. The CEO of ERCC is a well known transwoman known for, among other things, controversial "reframe your trauma" remarks.

The ERCC defence involves the concept of "gender history", which obviously is usefully vague but sometimes just means "sex". It seems to be a borrowing form academia where it meant something else: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gender_history

In a way, I'm gutted I can't attend the tribunal online but also know I have deadlines and cannot spare the time to be aghast, wind my jaw up, or scream my lungs out.

So, whilst i was in the loo is it basically that even AB didn't think the response was settled and set in stone, so how the fuck could Roz have known what it was!

Today has involved all of those things.

NC is now going to ask a load of questions where KM will have to say "I don't know" because Nico and MW aren't in the hearing.

NC now asking the witness lots of questions she knows she can't answer to really make the point that Nico and MW should be on the stand instead of her.

NC Nico is a true believer, believes TWAW etc

NC You were content that RA was perfectly good worker, not transphobic even though she didn't believe what the org believes and what you mostly believe.

KT good worker. Didn't have an opinion on her being transphobic though I know her views were different from the org.

You honestly couldn't make it up, and if you did, no one would believe you. How do these people get these jobs and think they're capable of running organisations? How do they ever get any actual work done? No wonder their waiting list was closed.
