And why did Nico drop out of this process?

Appalonia · 22/01/2024 12:51

It sounds like typing

Boiledbeetle · 22/01/2024 12:51

Chrysanthemum5 · 22/01/2024 12:51

Why does it sound as is a herd of horses keep clip clopping through?

NC is a very heavy typer

HappierTimesAhead · 22/01/2024 12:52

When you work with vulnerable and marginalised people you have to be able to centre them and their needs. We as workers take up as little space (physically and metaphorically) as possible. MW and AB seem to do the exact opposite.

Boiledbeetle · 22/01/2024 12:53

22 nd Aug during interview you make reference to notes you'd made at training meeting. Yes

Mmmnotsure · 22/01/2024 12:53

Is it correct to gather from this that there was a service user asking about the gi of someone who was supporting them at ERCC? It wasn't AB, AB being the only nb in the village. The service user was asking if the support worker was a tw.

Boiledbeetle · 22/01/2024 12:53

Any recollection of hate folder . yes they concerned appointment of MW as CEO

WanOvaryKenobi · 22/01/2024 12:54

Could it be Riddle?!

Appalonia · 22/01/2024 12:55

Hate emails fo lder: 're appt of MW

asked to do work about how to respond to these emails, to try and counter that negativity.

Boiledbeetle · 22/01/2024 12:55

Doesn't know for sure who created hate folder, doesn't remember what it was renamed to

Poinsettiasarevile · 22/01/2024 12:55

She knows exactly who made that folder

Mmmnotsure · 22/01/2024 12:55

DH: the hate emails folder. What did those emails concern?

KT appt of MW as CEO

DH: What dealings did you have re creating folder

KT I didn't create folder and it was renamed. I was tasked c how best to respond to emails querying our service and su asking for support and how to explain to them, to counter some of the negativity of us appointing MW

DH Who created folder

KT don't know for sure.

Boiledbeetle · 22/01/2024 12:56

Found RA to be a reliable member of staff with no issues.

Appalonia · 22/01/2024 12:56

RA was v reliable member of staff

Boiledbeetle · 22/01/2024 12:56

KT also of the same opinion apparently

Mmmnotsure · 22/01/2024 12:57

DH: What about RA at work

KT: RA was v reliable member of staff. No issues

DH: Kim Townsend's view?

KT: Similarly. RA good member of staff

Lunch time. Back at 2pm

pronounsbundlebundle · 22/01/2024 12:58

I'm struggling to see how bringing up the 'hate folder' is beneficial to the defence.

Boiledbeetle · 22/01/2024 12:59

Can someone clarify who exactly is being asked questions??

Datun · 22/01/2024 12:59

Same. Unless they know it will be brought up by the claimant, and they want to get their spin on it first

Im struggling to see how any of this is helping the defence. All it's showing is that their procedures were shoddy and not adhered to anyway. Going on about the data policy and implying RA should have been aware of it then asking the witness a question about the policy that showed she didn't remember it because she'd read it a long time ago

I suppose it gave them the chance to say that they did rename it to something more appropriate?

Maybe we’re going to get some marginalised and oppressed spin later and need the hate mail for that?

HappierTimesAhead · 22/01/2024 13:02

I wonder when it was renamed?

Chrysanthemum5 · 22/01/2024 13:03

HappierTimesAhead · 22/01/2024 13:02

I wonder when it was renamed?

Well they've told us all about the change policy so presumably they will be able to identify who set it up and when it changed
