It looks like it was the Tribunal Tweets error that caused the closed proceedings. The panel seem to be treating the matter seriously but also sensibly.

Caught him saying that the important thing was how (inevitable) errors were dealt with, so TT did well handling it the way they did.

Judge saying mistakes happen, but how it's dealt with matters. TT issued apology etc v quickly so okay to keep going.

Another witness for ERCC: Katy McTernan (KM), ERCC senior management, head of services, in place 3 years 3 months. A background in volunteering.

Apparently Monday is bell-ringing day in Edinburgh...😂

KM being clear about not interacting with service users in a counselling role. But MW has a small caseload and does one-to-one support.

You aren't missing much they are just sat at various desks with microphones in front of them and Naomi is typing loudly.

KT is not typically a front-facing member of staff. Reports to MW.

DH: What service user contact would MW have?

KT: involved if crisis. Carries a small case load, so may have 1-1 support.

This witness seems reasonable...so far.

Discussing the care available I think at the moment

KT we had long waiting lists. Some people waiting six months for short support.

KT: waiting list for longer support was over a year.

It is shocking and pretty pointless to wait so long for any support.

So, heavily over subscribed. Beggars belief they were not referring on to Beira's Place (as disclosed by previous witness last week).

if she's being muddled when being questioned by her side she's going to fall apart when NC starts.

KT completely can't remember when opened up to new referrals.
