I thought it was the difference between stating up front that this organisation will be inclusive of these groups

I think it means the ‘included’ are beautiful and women are ugly.

Or possibly as we've heard before, (said to women without awareness of irony and sheer lack of self awareness) 'sometimes to include you have to exclude'

I wonder if it means the end result is beautiful (for men) but the actual getting rid of people and creating a pure, righteous environment is ugly.

But then look at us. It's like the whole 'you're denying I exist' stuff. Doesn't it always work like a charm? We all spend hours and hours providing head space and trying to work out wtaf it all meant, and that in itself serves the agenda. Focus, attention, uncertainty, time and head space provided, good faith that it does actually have an intended meaning, and that it serves a purpose other than controlling the agenda and hiding coercive bollocks under nice sounding pseudo EDI speak figleaves.

It's still a bit of reading to do, but at least you can catch up on the tribunal rather than having to suffer our waffling and exclamations of WTF!!

It seems to m that there is an argument for fraud on the part of ERCC. Accpting public money which is probably allocated on the understanding that most victims of rape are female (there is a government graph to that effect) and then setting up criteria for access to the service which excludes a lot of the females who need it. And making it look as if they've self excluded.
(I've an earworm of Springtime for Hitler.)(and an attempt at parody.)(Exploitative of women, but at least it made them happy.)

I've been trying to get in to the hearing over the last couple of days but can't get past the 'we can't access your microphone/webcam - please ensure not in use by another process ' message. I've rebooted several times, been in touch with the helpline who were lovely but no real advice apart from turn it off and on again. At their suggestion I cleared cookies and still no joy. I'm using Chrome on my laptop. Can't use my phone for this.

I've watched several hearings before using the link and PIN with no trouble. Has anyone else had this problem and got past it?

I had the problem just now but in my case switching from Firefox to Chrome got me past the problem. Could you try another browser?

I did, I'm on a Mac and shutting down all processes an rebooting sorted it. Have you tried using a different browser?

Ditto! It's at this point you begin to debate whether to wait it out of try reconnecting in case you are stuck in a loop and missing stuff!!
