Tunnocks Thread 2

The question asked in Thread 1 has still not been answered satisfactorily, and so the quest continues to discover which side of the fence Tunnocks are on or whether they are in fact sat atop the fence throwing Snowballls and Tea cakes at both sides.

I have no idea where the link below will send you. hopefully to the original thread and at the start, but it could be a completely different thread half way through. I'm too full of sugar to concentrate properly!

Thank fuck for Iceland and they have snowballs! Ds will be very happy to try one of those today as we've never had them.

Ds loves the snowballs! I'm under instructions to always buy them.

Sorry if someone has mentioned it already but if not ... they have Tunnocks caramel wafers and caramel logs at the Harry Potter bit of Universal Studios Florida- naturally enough along with other iconic U.K. products. Makes up for the fact that the Hogwarts castle staff are no longer all Scots and English students on their gap year as they were when it first opened.

Can't fault him!

I quite like knowing that if I ever find myself there that Tunnocks will be as well!

I mean, haven't we all. I may have spaced mine out a little. Just think what you can do with all those wrappers!

A friend of mine has sent me this pic from a Hilton Hotel in Glasgow this week.
Complimentary tea cakes
and in a massive box !!!!!!
Needless to say they did not manage to swipe the whole box after many pleading messages. Think things like this should be part of any hotel review.
Now on the search to how one can source and purchase a layered box of said teacakes….. ( or multiples of…)

I googled teacakes, you can buy a box of 4 Halloween themed from fortune and Mason for just shy of £18. I can't imagine at £4.50 each that they're going to be anything other than a disappointment.

I am, I'm currently in bed in the hotel watching Bridget Jones whilst eating my steak that I stuck in a doggy bag earlier.

Jealous! Asda still have no caramel wafers and I was in a hurry because ds is poorly so I didn't get chance to go to Iceland. I'm sitting here baking bread but wanting chocolate. I've got Christmas chocolates. I bought a Fry's selection box. I never touch the Christmas chocolate until it's Christmas but I have needs. There's not even any Nutella. Sad times.
