The question asked in Thread 1 has still not been answered satisfactorily, and so the quest continues to discover which side of the fence Tunnocks are on or whether they are in fact sat atop the fence throwing Snowballls and Tea cakes at both sides.

I have no idea where the link below will send you. hopefully to the original thread and at the start, but it could be a completely different thread half way through. I'm too full of sugar to concentrate properly!

I am keeping the wrappers from my Tunnock's wafers, folded into very thin strips. I'm not sure why I am keeping them, though - some sort of craft project? I think I need my sanity checked.

Right. I have things to do....

Hmmmm, shall I do what I'm supposed to be doing? Or prat around for another few hours?

Goes off to watch cat videos do important stuff.

The paper peels off the wafer wrappers fairly easily. The resulting layer of foil still seems to have a bit of sticky on it....just sayin'.

I tried whilst waiting for the kettle to boil and ended up with stripe of foil. It may require patience, like peeling the top layer of a beermat in one piece!

Obviously I do have a talent. I was put on this earth to peel the foil off Tunnocks wafers. My life has meaning.

Tunnocks should sue for bringing their product into disrepute.

So, I was up on the middle of the night, unfortunately having taken something to help me sleep the details are a bit hazy as I wasnt exactly with it!

I remember seeing poems and names I knew from this thread. I remember thinking ooh... And that's about it.

I could go trawling but I have an appointment this morning and will have forgotten by the time I'm done.

So if you stuck a poem on a thread somewhere last night and would like to see it put in volume two could you be nice people and stick it on the UTDOD thread or a link to the post on whatever thread it was on! (Or even on here and I'll transfer it over).

@Boiledbeetle I did a limerick on the John Boyne thread, but it's rubbish and won't make much sense without the original poem and knowledge of who Little OJ, so don't include it.

However, if anyone wants to add a limerick to that thread, I'd strongly recommend it. 'King of the Gays' would make an excellent first line.

@Boiledbeetle - I suffer from insomnia - have for years - and recently I found something called Sleep Butter, by a company called Feather and Down. It has magnesium, camomile and lavender in it, and it has transformed my sleep! I rub it on just before I put the light off, and I usually fall asleep within half an hour, whereas the norm before was tossing and turning for 2-3 hours.

Look at my cute little charity shop finds that are perfect for holding a teacake. There's 4 of them
