This needs to be shared far and wide!
Made by a YouTube auditor who had no idea what the protest was about and was shocked by the protesters and police.
Think he has just peaked a few thousand more people ( read the comments!)

Out Of Control Trans Protest! TLA Takes On Entire Protest! Police Get Owned #fail #pinac #metpolice

Hi GuysI really don't know where to start with this one. To say It was crazy just doesn't quite cut it.I happened to come across a trans protest in the form ...

And I think Baker was probably hoping it might kick off. The megaphone stuff was clearly antagonistic.

@CryptoFascistMadameCholet I saw they mentioned the drag protests at Honour Oak.

I saw this video of a protest there yesterday, it's quite something when they are insulting each other:

twitter.com/jenkteach/status/1640190225010814977?s=46&t=SPorwN-mokktL467rcZ57g

Dammit that's really catchy!

Ereshkigalangcleg · 27/03/2023 22:14

And "Ada Cable" as quoted below, a blast from the past. Prominent in the whole Joss Bradley outing if I remember rightly, and also this memorable tweet:

Imagine if twenty people had punched terfs.

Imagine if every terf had left bruised and bloodied.

Every one would stop organising

This was just after Maria McLachlan was assaulted by TRAs at Speakers Corner in Sept 2017 and she talks about Ada here:

I haven't read the whole thread so the point has probably been made but when the guy asks the police who these people were protesting, it's interesting the police replied "feminists" when in fact it was a meeting of lesbian women.
Did they really not know what the meeting was that was being protested?

Ereshkigalangcleg · 27/03/2023 22:16

Jess Bradley! Aargh

Hawkins00 · 27/03/2023 22:22

Holy trinity, why protest then when people take notice they chase ?

Buzzinwithbez · 27/03/2023 22:39

Have to laugh that they started off protesting a few lesbian women and a dog and ended up protesting one lone Scotsman

I think the police are using words fed to them by the transactivist organisers?

If you look at the video from about 3mins 30 in, there are three coppers. One walks towards the protest and two walk towards the camera. When they are just out of shot TLA asks them some questions. The cop in the long sleeved shirt answers, you can see his hand and shirt cuff gesturing at the protestors while he speaks.

The policeman says ‘basically there is a meeting there and this is a bit of a counter demonstration to do with the politics of the meeting’ and that it’s ‘a meeting of radical feminists to do with trans rights and that’s basically it, this is a bit of a counter demo, that’s it, basically’

When really it’s a protest (it can’t be a counter protest if there isn’t a protest taking place to counter) and they are protesting against lesbians talking about lesbians.

The only way for the cops to have it so arse backwards is for them to be parroting the TRA propaganda.

BlackForestCake · 27/03/2023 23:13

I spotted this poster on my local university campus a few weeks ago. Basically the students are being manipulated, in this case by the Socialist Workers Party, into absorbing their political ideology wholesale. Not getting them to read or to explore for themselves, but by by being told "what fascism is", and what's more how they can "fight it".

Obviously a lot of people dislike the SWP for a number of reasons. But I don’t see anything wrong with a political group putting its ideas forward at a meeting and inviting people to discuss them. In my experience (which is decades ago admittedly) the SWP was very keen on people reading theory.

IcakethereforeIam · 27/03/2023 23:20

Just had a moment and read 'film of protest' like it was 'film of oil or dust', a layer of contamination. My subconscious really working the metaphors.

Mollyollydolly · 27/03/2023 23:25

The poor bugger's head must be about to explode .. he's now asking 'Who's Andrew Doyle' on twitter.
Women bombarding him with information.
It'd make a great film script.
You forget when you're caught up in this how many people still don't have a clue what's going on. Understandable really, only place it gets discussed is here, GBNews and TalkRadio. If you're a Guardian reader and watch BBC/ITV news why would you have a clue?

Do not have anything to do with the SWP! Apart from the fact they are political parasites who coopt other peoples protests and rebadge them as their own (which if what Sisters Uncut do) they have committed the most atrocious acts against women sexually abused and raped by party members.

Surely you have heard of Comrade Delta. If not, then google and read the complete depths to which male left "socialists" groups will stoop, and shit all over women.

As to whether the youtuber was antagonistic, he was quite confrontational but his purpose (as I understand it) is to point out how the police either fail or are random in applying the law.

How many police forces have accused women, eg KJK, of a hate crime because some TRA found a word insulting. Whether he actually found being called facist insulting based on existing practice the police should have acted.

ie the police pick and choose who they support and who they dont.

Look how quickly they got the crowd to disperse, once they knew women would be leaving the meeting, so it appeared they were "protecting" them. But in fact they enabled the disruption to the meeting the whole time the "rave" was going on.

His whole focus was to illustrate (nit pick) each time the police did not follow procedure.

And yes he got riled up when they accused him of being antagonistic for not "complying" with the TRAs trying to push him away with their posters.

Had their sympathises been the other way round they would have snatched the posters from the group. I have seen them do that when Black led protests have waved posters around.

Also, I do wonder if there is a culture divide here. How he spoke may well reflect where he is from. We aren't all the soft spoken two faced agitators who tried to engage him in "polite" conversation whilst egging on those behind.

I suspect long held contempt for english duplicity may well have contributed to his response.

So the story of TRAs against lesbians was to him almost immaterial. He was doing what he set out to do which is illustrate police hypocrasy.

It wasn’t a protest - they weren’t trying to change minds of onlookers, they were trying to intimidate, scare, down out the women who were meeting. It was terrorism.

namitynamechange · 28/03/2023 01:08

Serious issues aside, the "where's my pen" line after the police retrieved his phone and the resigned "Ill go and get it" from the policeman was comedy gold.

IwantToRetire · 28/03/2023 01:47

"Ill go and get it" from the policeman

In fact what was noticeable about that is not one policeman did any of this shit work, it was all done by policewomen who obviously know their place.

QuinkWashable · 28/03/2023 12:34

They did look pleased to actually have something that the could do, rather than stand there and watch people breaking the law. It must be wearing for the your average plod to be told to just stand there and let it happen too.

I thought the bloke with the megaphone was a Captain Sensible tribute act.

More like a mash up of Rick from The Young Ones with the crazy schoolmaster off Pink Floyd's The Wall.

Badatmostthings · 28/03/2023 20:53

A very useful piece of footage indeed. My observations on the crowd are they all seem very unhappy and humourless very much like they don't know or have any confidence in themselves, it is very cultish. I also felt quite sad for them that they were playing fairly decent music yet none of them seem to have any rhythm, like they can't let themselves go and just be young and free. By contrast the women from the meeting all came out looking quite chipper.
Hopefully it'll only take a couple of them to wake up and bring them all out from under the spell.

Gobbolinothekitchencat · 28/03/2023 21:43

Watched the video with mounting incredulity. Am probably very sheltered in my dealings with the police but it was so clear that they weren’t going to do anything to help that man who was being verbally and physically intimidated.

It made my skin crawl to see the police so cowed and allowing a street to be blocked, the noise and the intimidation of lone people. Watching the footage from Speaker’s Corner is equally repulsive but at least there is a certain safety (not much really) in numbers. To block, push and abuse someone in full view of the police with no comment from them except not to block the pavement was unbelievable. It was a green light to do whatever they wished. I sincerely hope the women from the meeting all got home unmolested.

One huge own goal by the ‘counter protesters’ they could have engaged and explained but instead they portrayed themselves as bullies and frankly not very bright. Pretending they didn’t understand why their actions were hypocritical. Or if they genuinely didn’t, I worry for them in later life.

The other take away for me is that should I fancy an illegal street party then I’ll rock up to my local Men’s Shed with some pals, call then names and dance badly. Or is it only lesbian events I can rave outside of and shout abuse?

Kucinghitam · 29/03/2023 07:56

I had a quick look at TLA's comments and apparently The Righteous are desperately trying to get YouTube to take this video down. I can't understand why ConfusedWink I mean, they're on The Right Side of History and therefore can't have done anything wrong?!

Helleofabore · 29/03/2023 08:55

Of course it is not just his, but there is two, or is it three now, separate YouTuber videos from speakers corner that show the exact same tactics of inability to answer valid questions, and blocking filming and blocking egress through the crowd . At speakers corner it was umbrellas being used too.

What this means now is that the protestors have become entertainment for a section of the population who observe free speech, who watch police and who are now going to turn up to their protests and keep recording. They will record the hypocrisy of the protestors actions and words, and the tactics which are certainly intimidation and sometimes violent.

It couldn’t have happened to a better group for these YouTubers to ‘study’. These YouTubers are not there to ‘support’ women. Although, they might have some agreement with feminist women’s views. They are free speech people, some with very large followings.

I suspect they will now be relentless, they know their rights and they will focus on getting any justice via police where they feel their rights are impinged upon. And each time, they will provide evidence of the tactics of these protestors and expose them to an audience that is huge in comparison to feminist women’s reach.

I also suspect, sadly, that women will be blamed and these youtubers will be labelled far right (even the marxist) in an attempt to smear women further. Then again, these YouTubers seem pretty clued up and would loudly fight that labelling.

I predict some interesting times ahead.

SapphosRock · 29/03/2023 11:24

Finally had the chance to watch this properly. The TRAs really aren't doing themselves any favours are they? A bunch of angry, unreasonable, narcissistic, overgrown toddlers.

Well done that man for filming and standing his ground.

The police are bloody useless.

The timing is indeed serendipitous. Couldn't be better, in fact.
