I do believe transgender people exist. And I do think that after full gender transition surgery that TW should be able to use the womens toilets. I don’t agree with penises in womens spaces. This isn’t a black and white issue.

The percentage might be even higher now. The 95% figure was quoted a few years ago and there are more men (particularly middle aged heterosexual men) identifying as transwomen now.

Imagine if all this energy policing KJK and other women went into persuading labour to respect science, facts, child safeguarding and women's rights, we might get somewhere in moving them to be a responsible party that doesn't celebrate male fantasies. The we'd be able to vote Labour again knowing that they didn't minimise violence against women by arguing that:

Actually it does, because KJK is a special advisor to WoLF which has been funded by ADF. WoLF membership consists of women with links to ADF. It is literally a “front” for ADF that can operate with a sheen of legitimacy now that ADF is tagged as a hate group.

I saw the Trans Advocate report that Pink News made this claim so it must be true. Tell me you arrived at this debate 5 minutes ago without saying you arrived 5 minutes ago.

They haven’t come to harm because of taking on the label TW or TG, but because they are violent men. The label itself didn’t turn them into violent men. They always were.

Seriously? This is your arguement? Those violent men would not have been in female spaces to rape and assault if they had not claimed to be transwoman. KD might have defied social convention and gone into the ladies loos but it would have been less likely without a trans pass and Karen White would definitely not have been in a women's prison without laying claim to lady feels.

KJK is brilliant because she gets cut through and forces the issue. If anyone on here thinks they can do it better go for it.

Labour will probably win the next election. They say they will bring in self ID. The gender ideology movement would love this to happen without too much discussion or publicity and they are being pretty successful at shutting down the debate.

The Conservatives are currently allowing male rapists to be held alongside women in women's prisons. Lots of people seem to think this isn't really the case.

KJK intends to bring this discussion out into the open because she is fearless in standing up to the bullies.

That's it, really. She's not standing for prime minister, just for the word woman to mean woman, not 'a person of either sex who identifies as a woman '. I don't understand why there is an obsession with finding sinister undertones to this.

Can you be absolutely sure of this? Women and girls have certainly come to harm because of men identifying as 'transwomen'.

Katie Dolatowski's victims and Karen White's victims for example.

Harvey Marcelin, serial killer. A caseworker claimed she was fired for raising concerns about "her" behaviour. Went on to kill 2 women.

Anything else is a ok to you? How many males with a trans identity have died because someone didn’t validate their feelings? Why are you prioritising the feelings of a male over those of a female? I thought you were a “real feminist”. Surely as a feminist you would be putting the feelings and needs of females first?

To the best of my recollection, Helen Joyce said she would not work with ADF in the US because they were powerful there but she would in the UK because they are extremely fringe here and only get a platform on other people's terms. She said she would work with them on lawfare, e.g. supporting a religious person's freedom of speech in the workplace because freedom of speech is a universal right.

I agree with her.

Luckily, nobody needs to quibble about what she actually said because the original source is available and is being discussed on another thread on this very forum, right now.

Julie Bindel just shared a friendly debate with a woman who said she would work with the ADF. I bet they went for a drink together in the bar afterwards as well.

What is this idea that KJK is "giving up" abortion rights. SHe has said little about them, when push comes to shove.

I get the impression, and this is very weird, that some people do not want the support of people who are, say pro-life, or some have some other belief they disagree with, even if they agree on some important issue.

So if women across the political spectrum, with 10 or 20 different viewpoints on abortion, all agree about women being a biological category, these individuals would rather reject the views of all the women who disagree on other issues, reject their support, their votes.

They would rather lose the battle on recognizing women under the law than be known to agree with women who differ on other issues.

Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face!

What I want to know is how do you think political change happens?

This is the problem with the left all over and I could weep.

Apologies, HM had already killed 2 women, got released on parole, started to identify as a woman, got placed in a women's homeless shelter, was then released from there allegedly against the caseworker's concerns about "her" threatening and violent behaviour, and then went on to kill and dismember a biological woman.

A few years back it was 'has any girl or woman ever been assaulted or raped because...' and here we are with all the justifications.

If a woman did die the same people would be offering a whole lot of word salad obfuscation to say that's ok too.

Bottom line: those with these views

a) Believe that male people are infinitely more valuable than females and that nothing female related is ever enough to justify disappointing or saying no to a male.

b) actually are quite enjoying female people getting hurt in the name of this male supremacist movement.

Agree with this. I think those of us expressing a negative opinion of KJK have been quite balanced and measured and provided links and answered questions to support our reasoning but have been responded to with accusations of lying when it’s clear the evidence demanded of us wasn’t even looked at.

Has anyone got any information on her views on gender stereotypes? Having listened to her ‘why I’m not a feminist’ video and some of her others, I get the impression she’s not a fan of anyone not conforming to their gender stereotype in general. Whereas I believed most of us in the movement (or atleast when it was still mostly a feminist movement) believe men can wear a dress, be a stay at home dad and paint his nails and that’s totally fine, it just doesn’t suddenly give him the right to come in our spaces.

Yeah that's why she hangs around with Julia Long and Sheila Jeffreys, they just perform femininity so well 😂

Incidentally, she had a good discussion with Jeffreys about beauty practices a couple of years ago. I believe they are still friends.

Local Labour party bod knocked on my door today. Asked me if I would vote Labour in local elections - I told her no and why. Then she asked if I would vote Labour in the next GE - I told her no and why. I also told her it would be the first time ever (and I am 60). I urge everyone to do the same and hope it filters through. She was entering my comments on her i-pad. I feel it's almost all I can do.

Katie did voyeurism and sexual assault in a womens toilet…they could have accessed the womens toilet without the TW label. I know, I’ve been assaulted in the womens toilet by a man who was not a TW, as have many other women and girls. It’s not just TW going in there.

Karen stabbed a pensioner in his home, they didn’t get access to him by being a TW. In the womens prison, Karen has assaulted a few women- yes the label gave access to women victims of assault.

But no woman or girl has DIED. That was my comment. Not “ever been slightly harmed”

As in does the woman label cause DEATH to women and girls at anything like the same rate of DEATHS that occur when you take away the right to a legal and safe abortion.

Your two paltry examples only prove my point. I think it’s a bit misogynistic to rank voyeurism and sexual assault or common assault ABOVE death…it reeks of the old patriarchal value that a woman/girls purity is more important than her life.
