Women protesting in front of Alameda County Courthouse attacked!

This seems to be the new norm.

A pie in the face and destruction of signs. And it looks like the bike might have bumped into the person taking the video on the way through to snatch the sign.

And it looks like it was only one or two people attacking them in a quick 'snatch and grab' action. But their violence was clear.

For those without twitter. The tweets accompanying the video is:

BREAKING: Women with WDI_USA were just attacked by black-clad trans activists in California.

The women were confronted and had a sign stolen while peacefully demonstrating against the placement of males in female prisons.

Police have been contacted.

The women had gathered outside of the Alameda County Courthouse in response to the trial of Dana Rivers, a prominent trans activist who was recently convicted in the murder of a family.

Rivers may be placed in a women's prison.

Thank you to all the brave women who protest in front of these prisons and court houses to protect female inmates. I am sorry that these women have been attacked. Obviously for using words that cause hurt feelings in this case.

I'm in the SF Bay Area and this incident was not covered in any local paper (at least that I've seen). Contrary to a previous poster's assertions, genuinely peaceful protests are in fact the norm here. Go to SF City Hall on any random day of the week and you'll likely see a small group carrying signs and chanting. It's not even typical to see counter protesters and hecklers.

I'm rather disheartened though not surprised that I've only heard about the protest and assault through MN. I believe that this incident was not considered newsworthy because of who the assailants were -- and because the press in CA has turned a blind eye to the issue of men in women's spaces.

And abusing women who are being so vile as to say women should not be put in fear and in the path of being raped by special men, deserve all they get. After all, it's not like those men killed one of those awful women is it?

Yes. That is a point of view evidenced right here.

Just caught up on the thread. Superb posting from Helleofabore.

And to think that some people say it doesn't matter, because there are male guards!

No. Never happens.

Pshaw!

nilsmousehammer · 11/12/2022 09:48

We're now several stages through the narcissist's prayer on this.

The line that 'that didn't happen' has been abandoned in the face of a fuckton of evidence.

The line that 'if it did it wasn't a big deal' is now being tried. Hence the threads here this week with posters arguing that if the woman in question being excluded, harmed, assaulted, abused and raped was white, and didn't actually die, then it wasn't important enough.

And absolutely no reason to commit the crime against humanity of putting a boundary in the way of male desires.

The article is heart rending to anyone with a normal capacity for human compassion and ethics. And again shows the determination to conflate two issues as if they were one.

No, absolutely TQ+ male people should not be subject to assault, violence and fear in men's prisons. No male prisoner should.

But there are solutions to that, none of which necessitate dumping the assault, violence and fear on female people to suck up.

Male prisoners can be provided with dignified, safe units that meet TQ+ needs.

Providing them with access to female prisoners as therapeutic resources is not necessitated, it is not a need, it is a wish. There is no human right of a male to be provided with female bodies in their space, whether or not those females consent.

I occasionally think about the UK 'trans wing' and wonder if it is used at all.

Happylittlechicken · 11/12/2022 11:13

I’ve noticed it’s often the same posters minimising violence against women speaking up against gender ideology that refer to women questioning someone one they think may be in the wrong bathroom as ‘attacking‘ and ‘hectoring’. It’s almost as if they want women to shut up and allow their rights to be trampled on to benefit males. It’s even funnier when these posters describe themselves as ‘feminists’.

Helleofabore · 11/12/2022 11:44

Well happy, I am sure you also notice the direct accusations of racism on this thread, and child abuse and attacking children on the other thread too. And that I was unhinged, fucking stupid they told me I was demented a month or so ago under a different username. Yet the only thing that poster could accuse me of is rather ambiguous ’lying’ . And stalking.

It is quite easy, isn’t it? To recognise the catastrophising and the hyperbole and the projection.

Happylittlechicken · 11/12/2022 11:56

It is @Helleofabore i think they need to throw these accusations to distract from the fact that they have no actual coherent arguments to refute women’s objections to gender ideology. The hyperbollocks is the only thing they have. Well, that, insults and squirrels. It’s a bit sad really.
