• have we got an answer yet that any woman at the event 'seriously assaulted children'?

-have we got an answer whether it was only this one woman who aggressively reacted to the intimidation, the spitting etc? Just the one? Was there any others?

-is this security company registered? Followed all the necessary procedures?
-was there any issues caused by the 'men who strutted around with guns blazing' at the Austin event?

-and again, do you check the political alignment of every company you purchase services from? What about if she had hired a firm that was led by someone who was trans but was a professional and the security team just got in and did their jobs? What would that mean?

Yes, it seems in the USA she was legally carrying the spray. Yes she used it in self defence against a mob who was out of control already. Should she be investigated, yes.

Is being right-wing, Christian, pro-life and/anti-vax against the law now? I think these views are pretty mainstream in America. I'm none of those things, but were I to meet someone who had any, or all, of those views I treat them with the same respect they accorded me. If they provided a service I needed I might even use their services, especially if the need was urgent.

I'm not clear who Jeanna is talking about in those tweets, might be useful to swe the whole chain. But she doesn't say she maced them in those tweets.

Jeanna says the man on the other side sprayed first. If this is true (and we only have her word for it as it is just a tweet) then wouldn't the man be equally culpable if, as the Facebook post of one of the mothers is correct in that children nearby experienced some of it? (And again this is only a Facebook post so we only have her word for it).

I find Jeanna's posts a bit garbled tbq.

There were no children visible in the footage of the tall person with the shortish dark hair and sunglasses getting sprayed, but I suppose they would have been out of shot? I don't know the trajectory of mace, does anyone else?

Okay post about him being an undercover cop is actually in the discussion below what I posted above. I can't post it without posting private comments so I won't. But various people who have been on lots of demos seem sure he is an undercover cop.

It appears there was more than one incident of macing. But only one is in the full-length video. The largest canister Hoch has is the bear mace and the small one is the pepper spray. I am not sure which she used when.

Ah so there WAS a second incident. Thanks for clearing that up. And I think the person in the red hat (student?) was the person Jeanna was talking about in her posts? It's making more sense now.
