I’ve seen that’s from smaller businesses just getting off Twitter and Facebook and it’s so refreshing to see.

And since we’re about to enter a recession half the social media people will have to worry about their jobs anyway. You have no-frills years and next year will be one of them, sadly for Andy.

But I suspect the share price drop has more to do with the looming recession and rising inflation.

That makes far too much sense.

Religious companies do not demand their customers adhere to their ideologies.

I guess it would be useful to compare the drop to Lloyds competition.

Hopefully this will give corporate boardrooms pause before they automatically and unthinkingly employ the "How to make enemies and influence no one" playbook.

I guess people sell stock when they see a company behaving in ways that don’t maximise their return on investment.

Ocado was because of Posie Parker's Woman: AHF billboard.
That was what brought me here in 2018 and has cost ocado >£20k of my household's budget so far

It seems small when it is just one person (me) changing my spending habits but I also left Ocado because of the billboard and that's easily 20k I haven't spent with them, probably nearer 30k with the pandemic. So that's two mum's netters spending 50k elsewhere, and many more cancelled ocado.
I stopped buying flora, again only small but when multiplied it does make a difference.

I no longer by my underwear from M&S.

I no longer buy anything from m&s, even food from motorway services and the like.

Have a Halifax home emergency cover renewing next week. That's going to be cancelled.

Just refer to people how they ask, it's common decency and basic respect. Just like you wouldn't hit on someone in a relationship, even though technically you might not agree with monogamy.

I’m more than happy to address someone as they want to be addressed. He/she/ whatever. I’m not happy with a bank deciding it needs to open that conversation with me. Totally inappropriate virtue signalling. The most I would use is name and ‘you’.
