The Tribunal will start on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

Yes it does sound rude. I think normally people don't end their sentences with "madam" so it is less obvious that they are addressing the tribunal. But the evidence is for the tribunal.

The judge has lost it.

I am so glad I am muted as I keep making very disrespectful comments about someone and their possible motives. And it's not Ben.

In my defence, I'm away camping, haven't had more than a scratch shower for days, and have just taken the dogs for a looooong walk across mud flats.

So much for AH trying to pin the blame for the feedback on BC. It seems the problem was at GCC.

This is false economy and one of the worst examples of it.

It's amazing how much fluency there is now in the cross-examination after the technical tweaks.

Can't believe that GCC have a set up that produces so much feedback. They must have to do video conferences all the time.

Lue is as slippery as a greased eel. He's also much much less clever than he thinks he is. That's not a good combination in the face of a competent barrister.

And be indifferent to the discourtesy involved for deaf people or anyone who needs assistive technology. (GCC)
