What happens if a witness can't give evidence due to delays? Is there any sanction if the delays from one side seem to be part of their strategy or could be prejudicial to the outcome. I suppose you can argue some delays may be unavoidable but badly organised bundles surely are not and from what PP have posted very much the exception rather than the rule.

This is painful now. I also hate the court host voice too. 😠

This may have been answered before but - forgive my ignorance - can anyone explain why AHF could be perceived as being offensive or intimidating?

In my bit of tribunal work a witness can give evidence remotely - either by video conferencing or by phone. I would be astonished if the same doesn't apply here.

(Also bundles are ALWAYS a mess, and administrative stuff ALWAYS takes longer than anticipated. These are two of the truisms of tribunal work.)

I just received a private message asking how I accessed the bundle and to send the link. I won’t do that (no offence meant to anyone here but I don’t want to be in contempt of court!) but it’s there in the chat room in the hearing (posted I think by one of the solicitors). It’s not searchable for key words and it is explicitly against the judge’s ruling to share or copy it. For that reason I won’t. :)

I think one of the problems accessing it is that if you join the meeting after the bundle link has been posted in the chat you can't see the links?
