The subject heading of the email request should read

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

i reconnected without using the drop down selection about camera and mic. I entered and immersed selected from the pop up menu that immediately appeared.

Now dealing with the question of live tweeting with BC saying there don't seem to be any objections, EJ asked the counsel, and there were no objections subject to witnesses not following the live tweeting. EJ says tribunaltweets can live tweet.

Current discussion of whether a certain document should be included - similar case of Irish therapists being bullied by Stonewall - BC says relevant as demonstrates pattern, defendant's counsel says hearsay, post-dates AB's case, etc.

you need to join with the mic and camera on - it is the courts mic and camera. then on the next page select none on the drop down menu for mic and camera.

I used to be a legal clerk and the 6000 pages comment just sent a shiver down my spine!

See, I find this an odd decision in a case of this magnitude, even putting them in as a junior. Having read many of RMW's outpourings on here and part of That Book, I don't think they know equalities law as well as they claim to - and it's pretty bloody obvious that that's the case.

So an odd pick for that team. Unless it's an ideological selection?
