Allison's case is due to be heard later this month and given the delays and attempts to have the case struck out, as well as the addition of direct discrimination based on GC beliefs to the case, costs have mounted.

The case is scheduled to run for 20 days (5 to 10 days being the norm).

Ben Cooper QC is representing Allison.

I'm off to plant some more flowers to really catch the sunlight that no doubt will be shining during the 20 days of her case. I thought I had enough, but more are needed because of the extension, unfortunately, which has left a bit of a bare patch!

More gardening needs doing, so just put a few more bulbs in.

BC: we disclosed a document - see claimant witness statement - material which we say shows pattern of SW employees threatening women who make public statements disagreeing with them
BC: goes to show SW general modus operandi - we submit this is relevant. Context is that an individual in SW with a role relevant to these proceedings liasing between SW trans group and employers
