Allison's case is due to be heard later this month and given the delays and attempts to have the case struck out, as well as the addition of direct discrimination based on GC beliefs to the case, costs have mounted.

The case is scheduled to run for 20 days (5 to 10 days being the norm).

Ben Cooper QC is representing Allison.

I'm off to plant some more flowers to really catch the sunlight that no doubt will be shining during the 20 days of her case. I thought I had enough, but more are needed because of the extension, unfortunately, which has left a bit of a bare patch!

I've added a few spring bulbs today. Very glad to see Allison has raised over £230k already. This is such an important case. Hopefully it will fatally damage Stonewall's credibility as it currently operates.

That's great that someone donated £50k!

But also, if my sums and memory are correct, an additional £12,500 has been donated since this morning.

So looks like there's donations of all sizes coming in and filling up the pot

I wish Virgin Money Giving (or similar) hadn't stopped their charity sponsorship of Ziffit, that was such an amazing motivation for people who needed to declutter to do it via this.

I wish there were a straightforward way to do something similar for a fighting fund for actions like this.

I hear so many horror stories about people selling via Ebay or Amazon that I doubt I could do this to raise some funds but straightforward being able to scan and send books etc. by courier (for no cost) was very easy.

She tweeted there's been the odd issue. Probably server overload from all the traffic (good thing). Try again at a later time. Maybe late at night or early morning?
