Allison's case is due to be heard later this month and given the delays and attempts to have the case struck out, as well as the addition of direct discrimination based on GC beliefs to the case, costs have mounted.

The case is scheduled to run for 20 days (5 to 10 days being the norm).

Ben Cooper QC is representing Allison.

I'm off to plant some more flowers to really catch the sunlight that no doubt will be shining during the 20 days of her case. I thought I had enough, but more are needed because of the extension, unfortunately, which has left a bit of a bare patch!

I saw a post (possibly from Legal Feminist?) about Maya's tribunal, pointing out that calling loads of witnesses is often not a good idea. Because every single witness is an opportunity for your case to self-destruct if they say the wrong thing.

I assume the primary motive in this case for having so many witnesses is to drive up costs for Allison, which is some evil bullshit. But I have to say the prospect of Ben Cooper cross-examining 30 Stonewalled idiots is just f*ing glorious. Is Nancy Kelly one of them?
