perhaps he’s going to have a little toddler tantrum and reprimand M&S for not being inclusive for not ensuring their underwear for women (= for the female anatomy) is comfortable for men?

M&S have form for this and a really high proportion of the knicker reviews are by men. If men want to wear women's underwear because they find them more comfy or pretty, I don't care. But I find those reviews uncomfortable I think because I'm certain the writers got off on submitting them. Also, honestly it puts me off buying those pants because in my head they are then men's wank pants.
I do note that M&S website "lingerie" is not a sub heading of "women" so perhaps cross dressers are a key demographic for them.

My tween daughter is looking at products like this on various sites, trying to prepare her for periods. It makes me sick to my stomach to think she may stumble on a review like this. I’m going to have to do the research myself, I can’t chance her finding this filth.

That’s pretty much what I said when I emailed the CEO Steve Rowe. It’s really sickening to think these perverts could be in the fitting rooms as well. I asked for the fitting rooms to be made safe women only spaces. Women as in women who do not have a penis.

It beggars belief that this review was permitted. Bet ol’ Daphane will be very excited in his period pants at the thought of it being out there in the world.
