I think there is so much to worry about with Ukraine, I wasn't expecting this statement from MI6 about freedoms.... I think a whole society is at risk yet there is more pontificate and point scoring which suggest a 'wall influence.

And a small point about the language of Moore's original tweet - "distressingly"??? We get accused of being pearl clutchers all the bloody time, but distress to me evokes images of maiden aunts reaching for the smelling salts, not the holocaust and devastation that Putin has unleashed upon Ukraine..
