Every time I see this stuff, I just feel more and more bafflement and despair.

Do these people really think that a male-bodied person can have PMS?

Who are these young women rushing in to 'be kind' and share their own experiences?

‘Be Kind’ has a lot to answer for.
And a lot of ppl have brought into the idea that it really is possible to change sex. Which of course scientifically that’s impossible.
It’s baffling

Bonnie90x · 03/11/2021 18:24

Oh for goodness sakes, they're taking our bloody PMS from us now aswell!!??

RocketPanda · 03/11/2021 18:25

I reckon that was a goady post put up to hop on the first woman to point out that anything period related requires a uterus and ovaries as that is literally what a menstrual period is. The person needed to get their woman hating fix.

Pms

Persistent male syndrome?

Deliriumoftheendless · 03/11/2021 18:29

I know there’s some male posters here - I wonder if you can help me boost my sperm count?

I’ve heard diet can improve it.

At the moment it’s at zero 😟 possibly because of my uterus/ovaries etc.

Anyone? Anyone?

QueenSue · 03/11/2021 18:31

He seems to think that PMS is the same thing as period cramps...

or (and I am male, but embarrassed to read stuff like this)

Pisstaking Male Shithead

NameChangeinHaste · 03/11/2021 18:32

I don’t understand. What part of the anatomy do they believe is cramping.
On the occasions I get cramps they’re from muscular contractions in my uterus.
So what exactly do they have that is “cramping?”
I can understand if they’re PMS was just referring to hormonal effects of the drugs being taken, and potential mood swings. But this leaves me baffled.

AssassinatedBeauty · 03/11/2021 18:34

The ignorance of female biology is astounding. They don't seem to know the difference between PMS and menstrual cramps, for starters, never mind that whatever is happening to them cannot be PMS nor menstrual cramps. Due to obviously lacking every single biological system required for it.

I would recommend they speak to their GP urgently if they are experiencing abdominal pain so severe they felt like passing out.

NameChangeinHaste · 03/11/2021 18:35

No idea, back in the day I had hardly any and the ones which were there hadn't learned to swim Confused

Exactly.

maslinpan · 03/11/2021 18:35

Is the first respondent seeming to suggest that going on the pill might help the poor suffering TW?

RocketPanda · 03/11/2021 18:36

I can recommend strawberries for cramps, although they seem to have a quick follow through time. Cancer treatment either makes me go a lot or not at all.

Whatsnewpussyhat · 03/11/2021 18:40

If an adult male is in that much pain they need to see s GP. Because it categorically is not period pain. Not ever.

JellySaurus · 03/11/2021 18:41

I believe oophorectomy completely stops all PMS symptoms. I'm not on Twitter, but someone who is could suggest that? It might help them.

JellySlice · 03/11/2021 18:42

Of course you then get crashing menopause symptoms, but as they already take oestrogen this shouldn't affect them too badly.

WeeBisom · 03/11/2021 18:42

I used to see similar posts on the Oxford page all the time. One disturbing guy said he was transitioning and he got really angry and full of jealous rage every time he saw young women in the street. Cue a bunch of women fluttering in to cosset him, even though he seemed unhinged. There was also one determined chancer who kept asking women to help him with his makeup. It was clearly a fetish, and when one woman finally told him to stop being gross she got attacked. I will say though on Facebook it is rarer to see people outright disagreeing with this stuff as you have to put your name to the comment. It would be very hard for a woman to publicly say this is nonsense and so a hug box is created that makes it look as if everyone is supportive.

QueenSue · 03/11/2021 18:43

Great suggestion Jelly.

Patapouf · 03/11/2021 18:45

I am so infuriated by how intelligent young women can so willingly embarrass themselves as they rush to validate a stupid male's fantasy. PMS my fucking arse.

WomaninBoots · 03/11/2021 18:47

I wondered if this might be a joke but no... it is right there on Facebook with real people replying.

Redshoeblueshoe · 03/11/2021 18:49

PMS
Pissed my sides

Blackopal · 03/11/2021 18:52

Absolutely ridiculous.

I have had a hysterectomy, I still have ovaries and usual cycle other than the bleeding....oh yeah AND THE CRAMPS as I don't have the equipment anymore!!

Why are those women rushing to comfort and give advice to someone who is using them to enforce delusions? What is this collective madness? Or is it possible they don't understand their own anatomy? Gahhhhhhhh

TeamRex · 03/11/2021 18:53

One woman reminds him of the need to take iron supplements. Do these women think a transwoman actually menstruates?!

I'd suggest looking at your diet. Are you eating meals which are suitably masculine? Try a rare 14oz steak and cut out the wimpy salad. Then see if your clothes are causing issues, did you know that being seen in anything pink really harms your virility. Get something blue with dinosaurs.
