International Bores Day. I don't give a shit. I do what is apparently non-binary stuff every fucking day of my life. It's called "doing my thing, being me". I don't need a "Day".
Woman = Adult Human Female.
I am still one of those and sometimes it matters.

Something occurred to me … we are told repeatedly that gender is on a “spectrum” and not a binary. If gender is a spectrum then how is non binary even a thing? By definition gender is already non binary and so there are no binary gendered people ! Has anyone ever explained how non binary identify fits with gender being on a spectrum?

Well, quite - and even gender being a 'spectrum' is hopelessly one-dimensional. You really need to visualise it in multi dimensional space though that can get quite complex.

Ah WeeBisom, you see, gender is a spectrum only for those extra sparkly special people. Everyone else is a boring caricature. But not them, you know! So unique and magical. So valid. So full of shite.

What is a non binary, non binary what? It strikes me as lot of pretentious nonsense from a generation of kids who want to "feel special", I tell you 'individualism' has brought forth a lot narcissistic traits in a very privileged generation, imho.

My eldest once posited that she might be non binary, so I said "great, you can identify as male while yer on your monthly and I can quit buying black knickers and sanitary towels", that brought non binary to a swift end. Now she & her pals now 21-26yrs are raging Gender Non Conformists and lapping up the Feminism of old, which shows some hope for her generation. 🤷‍♀️
