In the last hour, I've had 3 sets of people walk in on my (just finished) Zoom meeting because, despite being reminded of my schedule at lunch, and despite the sign on my door.

I'm nowhere near finished for the night and I have a lot more work to do over the weekend.

I need to spend the next 40mins in a pleasantly congenial environment, drinking something plain so that I can destress before my next engagement.

I've just cooked some chipolatas in a honey and mustard glaze.

I've just been told my concerns over my lack of pension, due to having been a SAHM (for far longer than I planned due to DC SN!)

And it was up to ME to have thought about it 30 years ago and investigate and pay into an independent pension scheme, (while I was busy bringing up the DC, the estate, coping with all the appts, the whole enormous difficulties of several DC with SN, whilst being seriously ill with a long term chronic, debilitating condition myself AND had no income!)

I was looking for some stuff on my laptop and stumbled across my correspondence with the LibDems about those Olde Worlde things, women.

I'd forgotten how enraging it all was. Three emails to Ed Davey, no reply. Fourth email to Ed Davey, patronising and short reply from some spod which didn't answer a single one of my questions and quacked on about how the LibDems stood for equality, as if I had said I didn't. No reply to my reply to that, saying I was leaving the party. Nothing about how they value their members and don't like to lose them - nope.

Fuckers.

FWR is a good place where I can remember that I am not mad, and that it's the LibDems and not me who have gone right through the looking glass.
