Statement

First and foremost, I hope that my legal action will bring me justice. I also hope that it can stop Stonewall from policing free speech via its Diversity Champions scheme.

Stonewall have signed up many companies, public bodies, voluntary sector organisations and government departments to their manifesto and their value system regarding trans rights. What is called Stonewall Law. Without most of the public realising it, a large swathe of British employers have signed up to the Stonewall value system. It has done this by trying to silence and vilify women like me who have genuine concerns about how its approach to trans inclusivity conflicts with the protections, safety and dignity of women, girls, children and LGB people.

We cannot achieve a just outcome for everyone while Stonewall are free to threaten women like me with the loss of our livelihoods and reputations. Stonewall must be held to account. I intend to do just that.

How does AB get those names?? A court order?

Mr Cooper: the claimant knew about the email at the bottom of thread but not the one at the top. We should not be getting into this level of detail in a hearing of this kind.

It's seems incredibly unjust that they might be able to get away with their treatment of Allison because they've stitched it up with redactions.

I hope the judge orders disclosure of the names to the court.

I might be wrong but this seems to be the Catch 22. The judge didn't allow disclosure for this hearing but without disclosure at this hearing Allison might not be allowed to progress to a full hearing.

Absolutely. I know the onus is on the claimant, but come ooooonnn! Level playing field, please.

Why can't the names be disclosed in camera and be referred to as A, B and C in this public hearing?

Cooper is an employment discrimination barrister. I wonder if he's encountered this before?

If Allison a granted a full hearing, this is an absolute win, even if she doesn't actually win the case

Yes. This is the bind they've put Allison and her team in. It's looking like it might be successful too. Not my idea of justice at all.

I'm so nervous for her, this whole thing stinks to high heaven!

If someone in your class is being bullied but doesn't know who by, and the bully or bullies don't own up to it, you punish the whole class.

If Allison can't prove precisely who was doing this, either at Stonewall or her Chambers, then they are all responsible, or should be.

How awful. What a travesty if that were the case. Surely the judge can see that?

This gets to the heart of it. Allison is being further discriminated against using the SAR process to prevent her from building her case.

It's laughable.They threatened to dump GCC if GCC refused to discipline Bailey. Bystander my arse. Whatever happens in AB's case, no more public funds for Stonewall, please. It has plenty of wealthy corporate allies, let them fund the witch hunts if they think it's the right thing to do.
