I thought the women of FWR might be interested in the interview that Debbie and Stephanie did with the Straight Spouse Network podcast this week.

It explains quite a lot about Stephanie's demeanour in their interview with Stella O'Malley for her documentary.

That's a woman whose voice needs amplifying. Feminism is for her.

There was nothing in that interview that made me understand why Stephanie calls Debbie her best friend. Best friends don't treat you like that. That is a woman in an abusive relationship.

Great to hear from a trans widow who has previously been silenced, often by the women who should have been on her side.

Stand out part for me- Debbie being asked to leave the relationship and Debbie refusing to do so, and descriptions of other behaviour (hiding clothes etc) very familiar to all other trans widows.

Who knows what Stephanie would have said if she'd been able to do the interview on her own?

I tried to c & p it but my Norton had a hissy fit and insisted I close it down immediately so I wasn't quick enough. I'm currently running a scan, but I'm pretty sure it caught it. Hope everyone else is okay!
