The very one! I’m sure capitulation is just around the corner but he has been seemingly taken aback that women have been targeted for stating biological truths.

He’s accepted an invitation to speak privately to a parent of a trans child, which is all well and good - I just wish there was also a willingness to listen to women sharing their concerns.

But he understands it from the point of view that he doesn't think children should be chemically sterilised, that he doesn't believe penises should be around his daughters and he wouldn't sleep with a transwoman himself even if he has no problem with transwomen generally.

I'm pretty sure if more 'Lefty' male voices spoke out out about it expressing concern he would be all over it like a rash.

In many ways O'Brien presents himself as a leader when he's very much of a follower, in terms of presenting a "safe" set of views to his audience.

He does sound like a spineless jelly in those tweets, very different from the usual arrogant certainty, riding in on his charger.

This isn't a subject you can be wishy-washy on, you have to state your opinion and your reasons. If he can't do that he should shove off til he's made his mind up.
