Thanks for the update. That's a long delay, it must be really disappointing for alison. But a 20 day trial! There must be loads of evidence to go through.

Frustrating. But maybe more time for stonewall to get some stronger glasses in order to read the writing on the wall.

Thanks for the update. It must be horribly frustrating and hard to have this hanging over her for 2.5 years. And of course by that point the people responsible will have moved into other roles on the charity circuit

It must be disappointing not to be able to get it all heard, but I should be able to dig 2 or 3 more times in the next 12 months.

Does there come a point where the court can appount Bailiffs to search out and receive information Stonewall refuse to disclose and hold them in contempt of court?

This gives Stonewall time to apologise to Allison. Writing that letter was appalling. The author completely overstepped the line there and I think defending their action is shameful. Where they going to say? That it is part of the Stonewall Champions scheme that employers have to be willing to damage careers if people say things that Stonewall employees dislike?

They have already tried to wriggle off the hook by claiming there's no relationship.

They should simply apologise, instead they are going to spend 20 days trying to justify their mud slinging with a litany of contortions.

Just apologise. It was indefensible.

It's good news today that the LGB Alliance have been formally approved as a charity by the Charity Commission, with full reasons given about why, and objections rejected, again with full reasons.

I've experienced 'over disclosure' before, where the other side tried to drown us in irrelevant documents, hoping we wouldn't find the needle(s) in the haystack.
