Fuck this for a game of soldiers. No we are saying no. And anyone who ignores no is a creepy creepy man.

What do people think of this?

Obviously a different country, do people think it is different here?

Pregnamechange · 29/06/2020 23:24

Thanks Benny I appreciate you taking the time to say that. Nope no grudges here! I’ve always been very supportive of trans rights and personally believe MtF transgender people who have genuine dysphoria pose no threat to women whatsoever and I am happy to share spaces with these people. I’m not happy to share spaces with any AGP who walks off the street, many of whom have no diagnosis of gender dysphoria, but again under the new rules a transgender person doesn’t actually need to feel any dysphoria. They don’t even need to ‘present’ as the opposite sex or in fact identify as the opposite gender full time as some people are ‘fluid’. They can just pick a day to say ‘I’m a woman’ and it’s transphobic and TERFy to say you’re uncomfortable with any of this.

A lot of people’s argument is ‘well who could be bothered going through all that hassle just to get into women’s spaces’.

It’s starting to sound like it’s not going to be putting them too much out of the way for men to take advantage of this isn’t it? In fact for AGPs this is how they get their sexual kicks so it’s not as if it’s much of a chore for them. You just have to look at those disgusting tweets from Jessica Yaniv about seeing girls with their tampon string hanging down and lots of other repulsive things. AGPs get a sexual thrill from being in a female environment. Not all of them will assault women and children but the fact that they are using them unwittingly in their sexual fetish is still a violation.

prolefeed · 29/06/2020 23:24

‘vulnerable in the way a woman is to sexual assault’
I missed that.
I’m 5’2 and can get pregnant.
Yes, anal rape is horrific whoever it occurs to. The perpetrators are all male (and some of them are incarcerated with female prisoners).
Let’s not forget size, strength, and biology when we are thoughtfully considering sexual assault. Not victim top trumps, but denying that biological sex has a part to play given actual fucking statistics is... interesting.
You are presumably aware that 85% of transwomen retain intact male genitalia? Have you ever looked up the #girlslikeus hashtag? These are the people you are foisting on biological women. Along with ones who ‘just want to pee’.

@MilleniumHallsWalledGarden

robin can't find the sentence you quote. Found this while looking though:

Criminal activity, particularly violent crime, is much more common among men than women in the general population. A previous study of all applications for sex reassignment in Sweden up to 1992 found that 9.7% of male-to-female and 6.1% of female-to-male applicants had been prosecuted for a crime.[33] Crime after sex reassignment, however, has not previously been studied. In this study, male-to-female individuals had a higher risk for criminal convictions compared to female controls but not compared to male controls. This suggests that the sex reassignment procedure neither increased nor decreased the risk for criminal offending in male-to-females. By contrast, female-to-males were at a higher risk for criminal convictions compared to female controls and did not differ from male controls, which suggests increased crime proneness in female-to-males after sex reassignment.

My quote is from here:

www.transadvocate.com/fact-check-study-shows-transition-makes-trans-people-suicidal_n_15483.htm

Which interviews the researcher behind the research that was cited when I requested the stats that show similar threats. They clarified when that the pattern of criminality is not retained for the later cohort.

it seems like your quote is also from the study I quoted, but it is citing a past 1992 study.

It at best seems inconclusive that trans women are an 'equal threat'.

MilleniumHallsWalledGarden · 29/06/2020 23:39

The quote I'm quoting is from the same study I quoted before. It's interesting that you're not providing any studies to back up your claims. Just 'interviews'. Ho hum.

prolefeed · 29/06/2020 23:39

Robin, how many transwomen rapists would you draw the line at, in order to agree that the collateral damage to women was too much?
How many women are you sacrificing until you get to that ‘too many’ number?
What gives you the right to increase risk to women? To give men what they demand?
How many, Robin?
NO MEN.
Ffs.
Why would you throw open the doors and enable ANY rapist in?
Women are just collateral damage? Men don’t want their own, so women have to shut the fuck up and accept them like good little girls?

NBC News was provided with numerous reports of incidents contradicting that story when they ran it. I still see it being offered as evidence that...what? All the news stories from all over the country about males assaulting and peeping and recording women in toilets and changing rooms are bogus?
prolefeed · 29/06/2020 23:47

Offs. My local mall found a dead male behind the plumbing access panel in an individual women’s bathroom cubicle because some perverted little wanker crawled in to spy on naked female buttocks and got stuck.
He should have just said he was a woman. He would have been allowed right in.

JamieLeeCurtains · 29/06/2020 23:48

Male violence is the greatest human rights crisis the world has ever known

I grew up with it. I will probably die in fear of it in a fucking care home or hospital or whatever is left in terms of institutional care when I'm in my decrepitude. But it'll have a different name. It'll be called #BeKind and #Tolerance and #Inclusiveness while my elderly female body is just a hate object for male violence.

I'd rather kill myself.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 29/06/2020 23:48

It's not, it's the status quo, until you manage to find robust, reliable evidence that they are less of a threat to women than any other group of males. Because that's how science works. You make a claim, you back it up. But we're dealing with ideology here.

or you could read what one of the authors has said on several occasions how people misuse that study. of course being disengenous is par for the course for people like you isn't it?

Or you could RTFT where that's already been discussed? I guess she should withdraw it, take out the sentence people "misuse", rewrite it and get it peer reviewed again, maybe? But she hasn't.

For our new visitor taking the name of a well known gender critical woman, from a post earlier which they are unlikely to have bothered to read:

Ultimately I want you to understand that my daughter does NOT CONSENT to being seen in a state of undress by a strange male & she does NOT CONSENT to seeing his naked body.

Women DO NOT CONSENT- why is that not enough?
