Just caught up with this and what stood out for me more than the words, was Glinner's passion and emotion. His visceral fear that people aren't listening and can't see what is happening to these children is so palpable.

Shame on you Sarah Smith for being more interested in scoring points. A good journalist would see that the story of children experiencing medically sanctioned abuse needs to be told.

Interestingly after the Newsnight thing and the ExpelMe hashtag I've seen far more people I actually follow on Twitter talking about this. Mainly to say 'if you support Glinner then fuck off' but there are the odd few replies asking questions. I wonder if this will accelerate?
