Still slightly baffled that after making multiple (conflicting) declarations all through a court case, the court didn't order a medical examination and statement of fact from a professional. But hey ho, reality optional law, it's 'progressive' apparently.

It isn't entirely clear to me that the BCHRT have the power to order such an examination. The tribunal does not have the power to enforce financial damages for example, even if Yaniv won he would have to apply to a proper court to enforce any decision, so maybe it is a case of 'can't' rather than 'won't'.

I don't see how a physical exam is relevant to the court case, can someone enlighten me? If you are who you say you are then how is it relevant what his genitals are?

Yes, I think this is very true. People can't wrap their heads around the idea of being aroused by imagining themselves as the other sex. I have spoken to a number of people who said they just outright disbelieved that was even possible.

My partner is pre op trans (mtf). I'm aware that probably makes me very much unwelcome here, but I need to voice my agreement with the comments saying idiots like this are making it very difficult for the rest of the community.

We do not care if you accept us, we dont care if you think our sense of reality is warped or deluded. We conduct our lives in a private modest way. We are good hearted people. We dont wish to force ourselves on anyone we mainly ask to be left alone.

People like JY are getting people like me and my partner abused, the actual crimes against us go ignored. People like JY often seem to have sick rape fantasies with themselves as the victim. I'm convinced this is why more men are becoming sexually violent against us. One incident left my partner with the back of their throat split open and bleeding. I wont be so graphic as to describe exactly how he achieved that.

JY is a danger to absolutely anyone he comes into contact with. I refuse to call him a woman. He does not present as a female he presents as a very sick fucking individual who needs anti psychotics and mood stabilisers.
